The role of university-industry Relation in the Development of Dynamic Capabilities in small and medium Enterprises

امروزه انتقال دانش و فناوري هاي نوين خلق شده از مسير مراكز علمي و آموزشي از قبيل دانشگاه با مؤسسات تحقيق و توسعه و شركت‌هاي خصوصي و محققين از اهداف اصلي اتخاذ اين سياست‌ها بوده و با مهياسازي يك سري از خدمات و امكانات، آن‌ها را در جهت حركت به سمت تحقق مسير ايده يا نوآوري تا تجاري‌سازي و توليد و توزيع ثروت هدايت مي‌كند. هدف اين پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت در توسعه قابليت‌هاي پويا در شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمانشاه است. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ نوع كمي و ازنظر هدف كاربردي است و به لحاظ گردآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي- پيمايشي و از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش مديران (مالكان) و نيروي انساني متخصص حاضر در شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط شهر كرمانشاه مي‌باشد كه حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي 385 نفر مي‌باشد. در بخش آمار توصيفي از نرم‌افزار SPSS 23 و به منظور تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها در قالب مدل معادلات ساختاري و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS3 انجام‌شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت با تأثيرگذاري مثبت و معنادار بر توسعه قابليت ادراك، جذب، انطباق، نوآوري و شبكه‌سازي، با توسعه قابليت‌هاي پويا در شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط شهر كرمانشاه داراي رابطه مثبت و معناداري مي‌باشد.

Today, the transfer of knowledge and new technologies created through scientific and educational centers such as universities with research and development institutions and private companies and researchers is one of the main goals of adopting these policies and by providing a series of services and facilities, they are in the direction of moving towards the realization of the path of ideas or innovation to commercialization and production and distribution of wealth. The purpose of this current research is to investigate the effect of university-industry relation on the development of dynamic capabilities in small and medium enterprises in Kermanshah. The current research is quantitative in terms of type and practical in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive-survey and correlational. The statistical population of the research is managers (owners) and specialized human resources present in small and medium Enterprises in Kermanshah, The sample size using random sampling method is 385 people. In the descriptive statistics section, SPSS23 software was used to analyze the data in the form of structural equation model using Smart PLS3 software. The results of the research showed that the relation between university and industry has a positive and meaningful impact on the development of the ability to perceive, absorb, adapt, innovation and networking, and has a positive and meaningful relation the development of dynamic capabilities in small and medium Enterprises in Kermanshah.
