چكيده فارسي :
در اين طرح به بررسي ايجاد يك مركز مرتبط با تكنيك هاي ايجاد و توسعه كسب وكارهاي كوچك با توجه به شرايط اقتصادي موجود و آينده و همچنين وضعيت جذب دانشجو در سال هاي اخير و آينده، پرداخته شده است. هدف اصلي اين طرح استفاده از پتانسيل هاي اقتصادي اتاق بازرگاني و دانشگاه و دانشجويان و كسب درآمد مشترك بين اتاق بازرگاني و دانشگاه مي باشد. با توجه به ظرفيت هاي موجود در اتاق بازرگاني و دانشگاه (سخت افزاري و نرم افزاري) و با توجه به مسئوليت اجتماعي هر دو مجموعه در حوزه هاي نوين، زمينه هاي مختلف كاري مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و موضوع مدرسه مهارتي كسب وكار مطرح گرديد. عوامل مهمي همچون نقاط ضعف و قوت صنعت، تجارت و دانشگاه و ميزان فضاي بازار موجود در جامعه مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. مواردي همچون وضعيت دانشجويان توانمند (علمي – اجرائي – مالي )، ارتباط با مراكز و صنايع ، بررسي وجود ميزان آگاهي در حوزه مهارت هاي كسب وكار، تأمين مالي، بازاريابي، فروش و ..... ، وجود امكانات مناسب در سطح اتاق بازرگاني و دانشگاه به عنوان مهمترين منابع موجود ميتواند مورد استفاده قرار گيرد. پيش بيني ميشود با هدفمند كردن رويه هاي فعلي دانشگاه مورد توجه قرار گرفت و در نهايت پيشنهاد ايجاد يك سيستم يكپارچه در فضاي خارج از دانشگاه و تحت نظر اتاق بازرگاني تحت عنوان مدرسه عالي مهارتي ارائه شد كه بتواند از ظرفيت هاي موجود استفاده نمايد. در ادامه واحدهاي مختلف مدرسه مهارتي مختصر معرفي شدند و در پايان زيرساخت هاي مورد نياز براي اجراي اين سيستم ارائه شده است.

In this project, the creation of a center related to the techniques of creating and developing small businesses has been investigated according to the current and future economic conditions, as well as the state of student recruitment in recent and future years. The main goal of this project is to use the economic potential of the Chamber of Commerce and the University and students and to earn joint income between the Chamber of Commerce and the University. Considering the capacities available in the chamber of commerce and the university (hardware and software) and considering the social responsibility of both groups in new areas, various fields of work were examined and the issue of business skill school was raised. Important factors such as the strengths and weaknesses of industry, trade and university and the amount of market space in the society were examined. Things like the status of capable students (scientific-executive-financial), communication with centers and industries, checking the level of awareness in the field of business skills, financing, recovery, sales, etc., the existence of suitable facilities at the level of the Chamber of Commerce. And the university can be used as the most important resource available. It is expected that by targeting the current procedures of the university, it will be taken into consideration, and finally, a proposal to create an integrated system outside the university and under the supervision of the Chamber of Commerce under the title of a high skill school that can use the existing capacities was presented. In the following, the various units of the skill school were briefly introduced, and at the end, the infrastructure required for the implementation of this system was presented.
