Empowering manufacturing industries by taking advantage of industry and university cooperation (studying the experiences of selected countries)

خودروسازان فعلي با چالش هاي متعددي مواجه هستند. خودروسازان ميتوانند به شايستگي ها و دانش هايي دسترسي داشته باشند كه به سبب همكاري در راستاي تحقيق و توسعه با سازمان هاي خارجي به نوآوري دست يابند. طبيعي است كه تا حد زيادي شكاف قابل توجهي بين نگراني ها، اولويت ها و راه حل ها در ميان نتايج مطالعات صورت گرفته وجود داشته باشد. اما براي داشتن آيندهاي روشن در صنعت خودرو، برخورد صحيح ذينفعان با مشكلات، برقراري ارتباط با متخصصان، يافتن راهكارهاي مؤثر و به اشتراك گذاشتن ايده ها و يافته ها بستگي دارد. اين مطالعه به بررسي حالت هاي توسعه و همكاري بين دانشگاه و صنعت، در يك سيستم منطقه اي با فرآيند نوآوري پراكنده مي پردازد. هدف نگارش اين مطالعه، ايجاد نگرشي دقيق به شركت هاي تأمين كننده قطعات يدكي كه از مفهوم توسعه پايدار حمايت ميكنند ارائه ميدهد و همچنين به بررسي همكاري صنعت و دانشگاه تحت عنوان يك فعاليت كارآفرينانه در جهت ايجاد ارزش افزوده ميپردازد.

While the importance of knowledge exchange between universities and the industry sector has been recognized for a long time, universities are now basically known as the center of knowledge dissemination and play the main role in this field. On the other hand, when analyzing the innovative and economic performance of developed countries, it is observed that the efficiency of the industrial sector depends on the production and application of knowledge in different economic sectors, and success in this sector leads to healthy competition in global markets. For this reason, cooperation between university and industry can facilitate the transfer of technology and knowledge. Therefore, turning the university into a platform for entrepreneurs and playing an effective role in innovation policies can be a driving force in the direction of strengthening the industry and ultimately improving technology and significant progress compared to other competitors. Therefore, considering the importance of the above-mentioned topic, in this article, the cooperation between industry and university has been tried to be analyzed by examining case examples in the automobile industry.
