Analyzing the obstacles affecting the effective interaction between industry and university

امروزه ارتباط مؤثر بين صنعت و دانشگاه به عنوان مقوله‌اي كارآمد در جهت توسعه اقتصادي اجتماعي است و پيشرفت و توسعه هر كشوري بستگي به تعامل صحيح دو بخش مهم صنعت و دانشگاه دارد. در واقع، يكي از پر ارزش ترين منابعي كه جامعه براي پيشرفت و توسعه در اختيار دارد، دانشگاه است و محل اجرا و كاربردي نمودن دانش صنعت مي‌باشد و بررسي علل ارتباط ضعيف اين دو و رفع موانع آن عامل مهم توسعه اقتصادي محسوب مي‌شود. لذا هدف اين پژوهش واكاوي موانع تاثيرگذار بر تعامل اثربخش صنعت و دانشگاه و ارائه پيشنهادهاي لازم جهت رفع آنان مي‌باشد.

Today, effective communication between industry and university is an efficient category for economic and social development, and the progress and development of any country depends on the correct interaction of two important parts of industry and university. In fact, one of the most valuable resources that the society has for progress and development is the university, and it is the place of implementation and application of industry knowledge, and investigating the causes of the weak connection between the two and removing the obstacles is considered an important factor of economic development. Therefore, the purpose of this review research is to analyze the obstacles affecting the effective interaction of industry and university and to provide the necessary suggestions to solve them. Based on the findings of the research, the most important barriers to the effective interaction between industry and university can be mentioned, including laws and regulations, administrative bureaucracy, lack of trust, and lack of demand-oriented research projects.
