هدف از نگارش اين مقاله بررسي لزوم ارتباط بين دانشگاه و صنعت به عنوان پيش شرط اقتصاد دانش بنيان و چگونگي شكل گيري اين ارتباط مي باشد. در اين راستا اقتصاد مقاومتي ، بومي سازي صنايع ، اشتغال جوانان ، نقش شركت هاي دانش بنيان در بسترسازي توسعه ، اشتغال و كارآفريني و تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي ، تجاري سازي فناوري و توليدات دانش بنيان در توسعه پايدار و موانع اين شركت ها مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. همچنين نتايج نشان داد تعامل نظام مند صنعت و دانشگاه در جهت افزايش قابليت ثروت آفريني و ارزش گذاري اقتصادي در چرخه تكامل و دانش بنيان است؛ مشكل اصلي در تعامل بين صنعت و دانشگاه، مشكلات ساختاري اقتصاد كشور است وتا زماني كه ساختار بخش صنعت، آموزش عالي و تبع آنها، اقتصاد كشور بهبود نيابد و خلا موجود بين تحقيق (دانشگاه) و توليد (صنعت) پر نشود، تحقيق به توليد تبديل نمي شود.
