Evaluating the role of Iran s university education system in cultivating skilled human resources in order to improve the business environment

يكي از عوامل مهمي كه تاثير قابل ملاحظه اي بر بهبود فضاي كسب و كار جامعه دارد و مي تواند نقش مؤثري در افزايش آن ايفا نمايد، نظام آموزشي آن كشور است. يكي از دلايل عدم پيشرفت در اكثر جوامع اين است كه متاسفانه نظام آموزشي كه نتيجه مستقيم آن، ارتقاي سطح علمي و تخصصي شاغلان و در نتيجه آن افزايش رفاه سطح جامعه است، به فراموشي سپرده شده است. در جهان رقابتي امروز، بي شك يكي از ابزارهاي مهم در ايجاد تحول فضاي كسب و كار در جامعه، برنامه ها و رويكردهاي نوين آموزش است؛ آموزش و پرورش نيروي انساني زبده و ماهر در نظام آموزشي كه از آن به عنوان توسعه منابع انساني نيز ياد مي شود، ضرورت اجتناب ناپذيري است كه جامعه براي بقا و پيشرفت در جهان پرتغيير و تحول امروزي سخت بدان نيازمندند. بسياري از انديشمندان، بر اين باورند كه در ميان انواع سرمايه گذاري هايي كه در جهت ارتقاي بهره وري و نهايتاً توسعه اقتصادي و اجتماعي جامعه صورت مي گيرد، توانمند ساختن نيروي انساني جامعه به عنوان مؤثرترين عنصر دخيل در بهبود فضاي كسب و كار جامعه است. لذا اين پژوهش به بررسي نقش نظام آموزشي دانشگاهي ايران در پرورش نيروي انساني ماهر در جهت بهبود فضاي كسب و كار پرداخته است.

One of the important factors that has a significant impact on the improvement of the business environment of the society and can play an effective role in increasing it, is the educational system of that country. One of the reasons for the lack of progress in most societies is that, unfortunately, the educational system, which is a direct result of improving the scientific and professional level of the workers and as a result, increasing the welfare of the society, has been forgotten. In today s competitive world, without a doubt, one of the important tools in creating the transformation of the business environment in the society is the new programs and approaches of education; Education and training of elite and skilled human resources in the education system, which is also referred to as human resources development, is an inevitable necessity that society needs to survive and progress in today s changing world. Many thinkers believe that among the types of investments that are made in order to improve the productivity and ultimately the economic and social development of the society, empowering the human resources of the society is the most effective element involved in improving the business environment of the society.
