Presenting a model for the development of business performance with emphasis on knowledge management (case study: industrial companies of Kermanshah province)

برخي از سازمان ها بر اين باورند كه با تمركز صرف بر افراد، فناوري و فنون مي‌توان دانش را مديريت كرد. تمركز صرف بر اين سه عامل به ادامه فعاليت‌هاي رقابتي سازمان‌ها كمك نمي‌كند بلكه تعامل بين اين‌ها است كه به شكل مؤثري سازمان را در زمينهء مديريت دانش خود توانمند مي‌سازد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي مديريت كيفيت بر كسب و كار با توجه به نقش مديريت دانش شركت هاي توليدي كوچك و متوسط استان كرمانشاه است. بدين منظورتحقيق حاضر با روش كيفي، و با توجه به رويكرد نظريه ي زمينه اي صورت گرفت. روش انتخاب نمونه ها به صورت نمونه گيري هدفمند بود و جمع آوري داده ها با بهره گيري از مصاحبه -هاي عميق و نيمه ساختاريافته تا مرحله اشباع نظري ادامه يافت. در مجموع از مصاحبه با 20 نفر از كارشناسان سازمان (مطلعين كليدي)، اشباع نظري حاصل شد. براي تحليل داده ها از روش كدگذاري سه مرحله اي باز، محوري و انتخابي استفاده گرديد. يافته ها نشان دادند كه مديريت دانش ميتواند در توسعه عملكرد كسب وكارها مؤثر باشد. اين پژوهش پيشنهادهاي كاربردي را براي توسعه عملكرد كسب وكارها با تأكيد بر مديريت دانش به همراه دارد.

Some organizations believe that knowledge can be managed by focusing only on people, technology and techniques. Focusing only on these three factors does not help to continue the competitive activities of organizations, but it is the interaction between them that effectively empowers the organization in the field of knowledge management. The purpose of this research is to provide a model for the development of business performance with an emphasis on knowledge management in industrial companies of Kermanshah province. For this purpose, the current research was conducted with the qualitative method of grounded theory. The method of selecting the samples was targeted sampling and the data collection continued until the theoretical saturation stage using in-depth and semi-structured interviews. In total, theoretical saturation was obtained from interviews with 20 experts of the organization (key informants). To analyze the data, the three-step open, central and selective coding method was used. The findings showed that knowledge management can be effective in developing business performance. This research brings practical suggestions for the development of business performance with an emphasis on knowledge management
