مسيرهاي انتقال دانش و تكنولوژي به صنعت در مراكز رشد دانشگاهي (مطالعة ميداني: مركز رشد واحدهاي فناور دانشگاه رازي)

Paths of knowledge and technology transfer to industry in academic accerelators (Field study: Razi University Technological Units Development Center)

مراكز رشد دانشگاهي يكي از ابزارهاي انتقال دانش و تكنولوژي دانشگاهي بوده و با حمايت از محققان و اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه؛ به ايشان در تجاري‏ سازي دستاوردهاي تحقيقاتي ياري مي ‏رسانند. ارزيابي مراكز رشد دانشگاهي مبتني بر اعداد و ارقام تعداد شركت ‏هاي مستقر يا خروج يافته از ايشان و درآمدهاي حاصله بوده و در ارزيابي عملكرد مراكز رشد به هدف اصلي از تشكيل اين مراكز يعني انتقال دانش و تكنولوژي؛ توجه كمتري صورت مي‏گيرد. اين امر اساساً بدان علت است كه مسيرهاي انتقال دانش و تكنولوژي دانشگاهي از طريق مراكز رشد مورد توجه محققان نبوده و در تدوين شاخص ‏هاي ارزيابي مراكز رشد به آن توجه نشده است. اين مطالعه با هدف شناسايي انواع روش ‏هاي انتقال دانش و تكنولوژي دانشگاهي از طريق مراكز رشد؛ به مطالعة ميداني مركز رشد دانشگاه رازي پرداخته است. شناسايي اين روش ‏ها علاوه بر ايجاد يك ملاك جديد جهت ارزيابي موفقيت مراكز رشد، امكان تقويت مكانيزم‏ هاي انتقال تكنولوژي از طريق مسيرهاي موجود را فراهم مي‏سازد. در مركز رشد واحدهاي فناور دانشگاه رازي، انتقال تكنولوژي از روش‏ هاي آموزش عمومي و خصوصي، مشاوره ‏هاي تخصصي عمومي و خصوصي، ارزيابي و داوري طرح‏ ها و ايده ‏ها برمبناي آخرين دانش و تكنولوژي در دسترس و برگزاري جلسات دوره‏اي ميان واحدها و شركت ‏هاي مستقر جهت انتقال دانش صريح و ضمني صورت مي‏گيرد. در پايان مسير پيشنهادي انتقال تكنولوژي از طريق مراكز رشد ارائه شده و رويكرد جديد ارزيابي اين مراكز ارائه شده است تا وظيفة اين مراكز در انتقال دانش و تكنولوژي در ارزيابي عملكرد اين مراكز نيز نمود يابد.

Academic acceleratos are one of the knowledge and technology transfer units. Accelerators help researchers and university faculty members in commercializing the research achievements. The evaluation of academic accelerators is based on the numbers of companies established or exited successfully from them and the incomes obtained. In evaluating the performance of accelerators, the main purpose of forming these centers which is the transfer of knowledge and technology; has got least attention. This is basically due to the fact that the paths of academic knowledge and technology transfer through accelerators have not been considered by the researchers and it has not been taken into account in developing the evaluation indicators of growth centers. This study aims to identify various methods of academic knowledge and technology transfer through accelerators by field study of Razi University accelerator. In addition to creating a new criterion for evaluating the success of accelerators, this study provides the possibility of strengthening technology transfer mechanisms through existing routes. In Razi university accelerator, is done by transfer of technology from public and private education methods, public and private expert consultations, evaluation and judging of projects and ideas based on the latest knowledge and technology available and holding periodical meetings which is taken place between established units and companies to transfer explicit and implicit knowledge. At the end, the proposed route of technology transfer through growth centers and the new approach of evaluating these centers is presented. The performance of these centers in transferring knowledge and technology is also reflected in the evaluation of the performance of these centers.
