ضرورت همكاري صنعت توليد مرغ و دانشگاه در عصر اقتصاد دانش بنيان و برخي ظرفيت‌هاي پيش‌رو

The Necessity of Cooperation between the Chicken Production Industry and Universities in the era of a Knowledge-based Economy and the Respective Capacities

امروزه كشورهاي توسعه يافته كه با رويكرد سيستماتيك، اقتصاد دانش بنيان را با مديريت يادگيري و تحقيق و نوآوري مؤثر ايجاد كرده‌اند، عملاً توانسته‌اند با توسعه فناوري‌ها و افزايش بهره‌وري، توليد كالاها و خدمات خود را بهبود بخشند و ارزش افزوده اقتصادي خود را افزايش دهند. متاسفانه در كشورهاي در حال توسعه فاصله قابل توجهي بين پتانسيل‌هاي علمي كشور با نيازهاي بخش صنعت به معناي مجموعۀ فعاليت‌هاي اقتصادي منسجم و هماهنگ، وجود دارد كه بايد شكاف موجود با تعامل بيشتر صنايع و مراكز علمي و دانشگاهي پر شود. يكي از مهم‌ترين عوامل موثر در جوامع در دستيابي به ارتقا و توسعه، همكاري دو جانبه بين دانشگاه‌ها و صنايع مي‌باشد كه مي‌تواند تأثيري تعيين كننده در اقتصاد و صنعت آن كشور داشته باشد. لذا برقراري ارتباط منسجم و سازمان يافته بين صنايع و دانشگاه‌ها يكي از نيازهاي اساسي كشورها مي‌باشد. به گونه‌اي كه بدون پيوند صحيح ميان اين سازمان‌ها، توسعه مطلوب يك جامعه به دور از تصور خواهد بود. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ضرورت همكاري صنعت توليد مرغ و دانشگاه در عصر اقتصاد دانش بنيان و برخي ظرفيت‌هاي پيش ‌رو مي‌پردازد. اين پژوهش به روش كتابخانه‌اي و رويكرد تحليل محتوا انجام گرفت و در پايان نيز راهكارهايي به منظور الگوهايي ثمربخش براي ارتقا همكاري دانشگاه و صنعت در كشور ارائه گرديد. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد صنعت توليد مرغ گوشتي در ايران با بحران بهره‌وري روبه‌رو است و مهم‌ترين عوامل موثر بر اين بحران عبارتند از: دانش و فناوري، گسترش زنجيره‌ها، گسترش مقياس، ارتقا سطح مديريت و فرهنگ كار، تمركزگرايي، سرمايه انساني. انتظار مي رود در فرايند تعامل دانشگاه و اين صنعت،دانشگاه بتواند در يافتن راه حل هاي مناسب براي حل بحران مورد نظر به اين صنعت كمك كند.

Developed countries that have created a systematic knowledge-based economy by managing learning and effective research and innovation, have really been able to increase the production of goods and services and their economic added value by developing technologies and increasing productivity. Unfortunately, a significant gap exists between the scientific potential of Iran and the needs of the industry sector. In other words, studies have shown the lack of a set of coherent and coordinated economic activities in these sectors. Therefore, the gap must be filled with greater interaction between industries and scientific and academic institutions and organizations. Moreover, a major effective factor to achieve promotion and development in societies is bilateral cooperation between universities and industries, which can have a significant effect on the economy and industry of each country. Hence, one of the basic needs of countries has been considered a coherent and organized communication between industries and universities, meaning that lack of a proper connection between them will lead to failure of the desired development of a society. This study investigated the necessity of cooperation between the chicken production industry and universities in the era of the knowledge-based economy and the respective capacities. The library method and content analysis method were used in the study and solutions to provide useful models were presented to enhance cooperation between universities and industry in Iran. According to the findings, it was found that the broiler production industry in Iran is facing a productivity crisis and the most important factors affecting this crisis include knowledge and technology, expansion of chains, expansion of scale, improvement of management level and work culture, centralization, and human capital. Thus, in the process of interaction between universities and the above-mentioned industry, the university is expected to be able to help the industry in finding appropriate solutions to solve the crisis.
