Providing a Framework for successful university– industry collaborations

امروزه بي ثباتي و رقابت فزاينده از ويژگي هاي اصلي بازارهاي جهاني به شمار مي رود كه موجب شده «تعامل» و «همكاري» سازنده به ابزاري ضروري و قدرتمند براي حضور موفق در چنين بازارهايي مبدل شود. علي رغم اهميت شكل گيري اين تعامل ميان سازمان هاي مختلف، اما هم چنان دانشگاه و صنعت به علت عدم برخورداري از الگويي مناسب در برقراري و حفظ اين تعامل با مشكل مواجه هستند. چرا كه تفاوت هاي ذاتي اين دو بخش با يكديگر، نيازمند الگويي ويژه و خاص بوده كه گام هاي مشخصي را براي همكاري موثر بين دانشگاه و صنعت را معرفي نمايد. در اين راستا، پژوهش مروري حاضر با هدف پر نمودن اين شكاف مطالعاتي، ضمن تشريح مفاهيم پايه در خصوص تعامل ميان دانشگاه و صنعت، چارچوبي براي شكل گيري همكاري اثربخش ميان آن ها را معرفي و پيشنهاد نموده است. بهره گيري از اين مدل پيشنهادي مي تواند به دانشگاه ها و صنايع در برقراري تعامل سازنده با يكديگر كمك نموده و مبنايي براي ترويج چنين همكاري هايي در كشور باشد.

Today, instability and increasing competition are considered to be the main characteristics of global markets, which has made constructive interaction and collaboration a necessary and powerful tool for a successful presence in such markets. Despite the importance of the formation of this collaboration between different organizations, the university and industry are still facing problems in establishing and maintaining this collaboration due to the lack of a suitable model. Because the inherent differences between these two sectors require a special model that introduces specific steps for effective collaboration between the university and the industry. In this regard, the present review research aims to fill this study gap, while explaining the basic concepts regarding the collaboration between university and industry, it has introduced and proposed a framework for the formation of effective collaboration between them. Utilizing this proposed model can help universities and industries to establish constructive collaboration with each other and be a basis for promoting such collaboration in the country.
