در سال هاي اخير فعاليت هاي پژوهشي به طور ويژه اي مورد توجه قرار گرفته اند و شاهد پيشرفت-هاي چشمگيري نيز در نرخ رشد توليدات علمي و پژوهشي بوده ايم، اما آنچه تمامي دست اندركاران اين حوزه به آن اذعان دارند عدم وجود ارتباط موثر و كافي دانشگاه با صنعت و وجود خلاهاي اساسي در تجاري سازي علم است كه اثر بخشي پيشرفت هاي علمي را با چالش هايي جدي مواجه كرده است. در اين مقاله به آسيب شناسي پژوهش در كشور پرداخته و علت افتراق بين دانشگاه و صنعت را برسي و وجود فاصله زماني بين آن دو را به عنوان يكي از دلايل اصلي اين افتراق بيان خواهيم نمود.

In this research, while identifying the harms of interaction between industry and university, a model for effective interaction between industry and university was presented. Among the most important aspects of this model are changes in environmental conditions, management changes, foundation building, creation of support structures, university promotion, competence promotion and culture building.
