هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي و تحليل فضاي كسب و كار استان كرمانشاه مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس نوع هدف، در دسته توصيفي قرار مي‌گيرد. روش تحقيق مورد استفاده از نوع تحقيقات كتابخانه‌اي مي باشد. استان كرمانشاه از ظرفيت‌هاي ارزشمندي چون ظرفيت هاي اقتصادي، انساني، طبيعي وجغرافيايي مناسب وغيره در راستاي سرمايه گذاري و اشتغال و به تبع آن رشد و توسعه اقتصادي برخوردار است، امّا وجود چنين ظرفيت هايي و عدم شرايط مناسب استان به رغم تلاش هاي انجام يافته در راستاي جذب، افزايش سرمايه گذاري و فعاليت بخش خصوصي به منظور افزايش اشتغال و رشد اقتصادي، ما را به اين مساله رهنمون ميسازد كه شرايط و فضاي حاكم بر كسب و كار استان جهت بالفعل نمودن اين ظرفيت ها مناسب نيست و استان هنوز به جايگاه مناسب و مورد انتظار دست نيافته است و شكاف توسعه هنوز احساس ميگردد. به طوركلي نتايج حاكي از وجود موانع و بازدارنده هايي براي بهبود فضاي كسب وكار در سطح استان است. اين پژوهش پيشنهادهاي كاربردي را براي توسعه و بهبود فضاي كسب وكار به همراه دارد.

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the business environment of Kermanshah province. The current research is placed in the applied category based on the type of goal. The research method used is the type of library research. Kermanshah province has valuable capacities such as suitable economic, human, natural and geographical capacities, etc. in the direction of investment and employment and as a result economic growth and development, but the existence of such capacities and the lack of suitable conditions in the province despite the efforts made in order to attract and increase investment And the activity of the private sector in order to increase employment and economic growth leads us to the problem that the conditions and atmosphere governing the business of the province are not suitable for actualizing these capacities and the province has not yet reached the appropriate and expected position and the development gap It is still felt. The repetition of this bitter and stinging phenomenon indicates the existence of obstacles preventing ecstasy
