Examining the provision of hospital treatment services with a system dynamics approach

سلامتي موضوع مهمي است كه بشر از دوران ماقبل تاريخ براي رسيدن به آن تلاش كرده است. بيماري حالتي است كه پس از استقرار در بدن باعث تغييراتي در رفتار فرد نسبت به ديگران مي شود با توجه به اينكه متغيرهاي مختلفي از جمله نوع بيماري، وضعيت اقتصادي و اجتماعي فرد، نوع درمان، كيفيت مراقبت و وضعيت سيستم پزشكي كه در درمان موثر است، بنابراين بررسي ابعاد اين موضوع ضروري است. خدمات درماني پيچيده در چارچوب سازمان هاي خاصي ارائه مي شود كه بيمارستان يكي از مهم ترين آنهاست. در اين مورد، هدف اصلي مراقبت كامل از دسته هاي مختلف بيماراني است كه به بيمارستان مراجعه مي كنند. بيمارستان موظف به ارائه خدمات با كيفيت و در خور بيماران مي باشد. يكي از مهمترين دغدغه هاي حال حاضر بيماران، صف هاي طولاني مدت جهت دريافت خدمات درماني و در مواقعي عدم امكان بستري بعلت كمبود خدمات رفاهي و تخت هاي بيمارستاني و گاهي كمبود نيروي انساني متخصص است. در اين مقاله پس از بررسي سيستم درماني بيمارستان مورد مطالعه با رويكرد شبيه سازي سيستم دايناميك و با نمايش نمودار علت- معلولي و جريان- انباشت سعي شده با ارائه سياست ها و سناريو هاي مختلف موضوع را از ابعاد گوناگون بررسي كرد.

Health is an important issue that mankind has been trying to achieve since prehistoric times. Illness is a condition that causes changes in a person s behavior towards others after being established in the body, considering that various variables such as the type of disease, the economic and social status of the person, the type of treatment, the quality of care and the state of the Healthcare system that are effective in treatment Therefore, it is necessary to examine the dimensions of this issue. Complex Healthcare services are provided within the framework of certain organizations, of which the hospital is one of the most important. In this case, the main goal is to take care of the different categories of patients who visit the hospital. The hospital is obliged to provide quality and appropriate services to the patients. One of the most important current concerns of patients is the long queues to receive medical services and sometimes the inability to be hospitalized due to the lack of welfare services and hospital beds and sometimes the lack of specialized human resources. In this article, after examining the treatment system of the studied hospital with the approach of simulating the dynamic system and showing the cause-effect and stock-flow diagram, it tried to present different policies and scenarios and examined the issue from various dimensions.
