تحليل پويايي‌شناسي عوامل موثر بر كارآفريني و نقش آن در رشد اقتصادي جامعه

Dynamics of factors affecting entrepreneurship and its role in society economic growth

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي پويايي شناسي عوامل موثر بر كارآفريني و نقش آن در رشد اقتصادي كشور با استفاده از رويكرد پويايي سيستم است. در اين مطالعه، مدلي براي پويايي شناسي عوامل موثر بر كارآفريني ارائه شده است كه به درك بهتر نقش كارآفريني در رشد اقتصادي، دريك محيط پويا، كمك مي‌كند. بر همين مبنا، پس از مرور ادبيات و پيشينه تحقيق، متغيرها و عوامل موثر بر كارآفريني شناسايي شده و توسط خبرگان اين حوزه، مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار گرفت. سپس نمودار علي-معلولي و جريان مسئله ترسيم، و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ونسيم شبيه‌سازي و فرضيه هاي مختلف تحليل و بررسي شد. در راستاي ترسيم نمودارهاي علي-معلولي و جريان، با توجه به تاكيد ادبيات تحقيق و صاحب‌نظران، عوامل سازماني، فردي و محيطي به عنوان عوامل كليدي موثر بر كارآفريني در نظر گرفته شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد عوامل سازماني، فردي و محيطي عواملي تاثيرگذار بر كارآفريني هستند كه از طريق افزايش اثر هر كدام از عوامل نام برده، كارآفريني و توليد ناخالص داخلي نيز افزايش پيدا مي‌كند. همچنين، نتايج نشان‌دهنده آن است كه افزايش سطح كارآفريني همراه با درآمد سرانه، آثار مثبتي بر رشد توليد ناخالص داخلي خواهد داشت.

The main purpose of this study is to study the dynamics of factors affecting entrepreneurship and its role in economic growth of the country using system dynamics approach. In this study, a model is presented for the dynamics of the factors affecting entrepreneurship that helps to better understand the role of entrepreneurship in economic growth in a dynamic environment. Accordingly, after reviewing the literature and research background, the variables and factors identified in entrepreneurship have been analyzed and analyzed by experts in this field. Then, the causal graph and the flow of the problem are plotted, and analyzed using simulation software and various hypotheses. Organizational, personal, and environmental factors are considered as key factors affecting entrepreneurship in order to draw causal and flow charts, according to research literature and experts. As a result of reviewing the policies of this study, it was found that organizational, individual, and environmental factors are factors affecting entrepreneurship that by increasing the impact of each of the mentioned factors, entrepreneurship and GDP are also increased. The results show that increasing the level of entrepreneurship coupled with per capita income will have positive effects on GDP growth.
