طراحي نظام مديريت دانش در شركت پالايش نفت تبريز

Designing of knowledge management system in Tabriz oil refining company

در اين پژوهش هدف محقق شناسايي عوامل و شاخص هاي مديريت دانش مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي است. از نظر دسته بندي پژوهش ها بر حسب نحوه گردآوري داده ها از نوع پژوهش هاي توصيفي- پيمايشي محسوب مي شود. متغيرها از طريق مصاحبه با نخبگان مديران شركت پالايش نفت تبريز و اساتيد مديريت جمع آوري شده و با روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي فازي رتبه بندي گرديدند، سپس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تدوين گرديد و جهت ارزيابي سطح مديريت دانش در شركت پالايش نفت تبريز، تحليل انجام گرفت. جامعه آماري شامل 212 نفر از پرسنل به عنوان نمونه مي باشد. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه مهمترين شاخص و عامل هاي مديريت دانش در شركت پالايش نفت تبريز شامل 11 عامل در سه دسته (شاخص) مي باشد. نتايج نشان داد كه ساختاري سازماني دانش محور در رتبه اول و سيستم مديريت و رهبري و توزيع و تسهيم دانش در رتبه و اولويت هاي دوم و سوم قرار دارند و همچنين بستر و زيرساختها در آخرين اولويت قرار گرفت. همچنين با آزمون تي تك متغيره آزمون ارزيابي سطح مديريت دانش در شركت پالايش نفت تبريز انجام گرفت كه ميانگين برابر 3.97 بدست آمد كه با اطمينان 95 درصد مورد تاييد قرار گرفت.

In this research, the goal of the researcher is to identify the factors and indicators of knowledge management. The current research is practical in terms of purpose. In terms of the classification of researches according to the method of data collection, it is considered as a descriptive-survey type of research. The variables were collected through interviews with the elite managers of Tabriz Oil Refining Company and management professors and were ranked using the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, then a researcher-made questionnaire was developed and an analysis was carried out to evaluate the level of knowledge management in Tabriz Oil Refining Company. . The statistical population includes 212 personnel as a sample. The results show that the most important indicators and factors of knowledge management in Tabriz Oil Refining Company include 11 factors in three categories (indices). The results showed that a knowledge-oriented organizational structure is in the first place, and the management and leadership system, and the distribution and sharing of knowledge are in the second and third place and priorities, and also the platform and infrastructures are placed in the last priority. Also, with the one-variable test, the knowledge management level evaluation test was conducted in Tabriz Oil Refining Company, and the average was 3.97, which was confirmed with 95% confidence.
