Explaining the Structural Relationships of Barriers to Implementing B2B Sharing Economy in the Iranian Automotive Industry

اقتصاد اشتراكي به عنوان يك الگوي نوين اقتصادي كه بر اشتراك و بهره‌مندي مشترك از منابع و خدمات تمركز دارد، به پتانسيل تحولي براي صنعت خودروسازي مي‌انجامد. هدف تحقيق، بررسي موانع و محدوديت‌هاي استقرار مفهوم اقتصاد اشتراكي در صنعت خودروسازي ايران است. در اين پژوهش نظر خبرگان واحدهاي خودروساز فعال در كشور (ايرانخودرو، سايپا، مديران خودرو، دنياي ماموت، كرمان موتور) مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. خبرگان پژوهش حاضر ۲۰ نفر بوده كه از مديران ارشد صنعت خودرو در واحدهاي مورد مطالعه بوده و دوره‌هاي آموزشي مرتبط با موضوع اين پژوهش را در واحدهاي صنعتي گذرانده بودند. با استفاده از روش كتابخانه‌اي مقالات مرتبط با پژوهش حاضر بدست آمد. با مرور عميق اين مقالات ۲۱ مانع استخراج و بومي سازي شد. در ادامه روابط ساختاري اين موانع با استفاده از روش ديمتل تجديدنظرشده بدست آمد. تجزيه و تحليل دقيق اين موانع و ارائه پيشنهاد با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده از اين بررسي بخش پاياني پژوهش حاضر است.

The sharing economy, as a modern economic model focusing on shared access and utilization of resources and services, holds the potential for a transformation in the automotive industry. The aim of this research is to investigate the Barriers and constraints to the implementation of the sharing economy concept in the Iranian automotive industry. In this study, experts from major automotive units in the country (Iran Khodro, Saipa, Modiran Khodro Mammut world, Kerman Motor) were examined. The experts of this research were 20 individuals who were senior managers in the automotive industry units under study and had undergone relevant training courses on the subject in industrial units. Relevant articles for this research were obtained using a library method. Through a comprehensive review of these articles, 21 obstacles were identified for extraction and localization. Subsequently, the structural relationships of these obstacles were obtained using the Delphi method. The detailed analysis of these obstacles and proposing recommendations based on the results of this study will be presented in the concluding section of this research.
