چكيده فارسي :
هر نظام اقتصادي، كشاورزي و تجاري بسياري از ريسك ها و عدم قطعيت ها را به همراه دارد. .ويژگي اصلي زنجيره تأمين كسب و-كارها، ارتباط بين اعضاي آن است. به همين علت، ريسك مربوط به يك قسمت از زنجيره به ساير بخش هاي زنجيره تأمين كسب-وكار منتقل مي شود ريسك در ادبيات زنجيره تأمين، موضوع مهم و اساسي مي باشد، با توجه به مباحث بيان شده و لـزوم افزايش بهـره وري صنعت طيور، يكـي از راهكارهاي اساسـي، شناسايي ريسك و اندازه‌گيري ريسك هاي موجود اين صنعت مي باشد. شناسايي و كمي‌سازي ريسك مي تواند هزينه ها را براي ذينفعان اين صنعت كاهش دهد و كاهش ريسك منجر به برنامه‌ريزي بهتر براي توليد ميشود. با توجه به درصد فراواني بالاتر واحدهاي پرورش مرغ گوشتي و تخم گذار در صنعت طيور كشور و برتري استان خراسان رضوي پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد براي استان خراسان رضوي به طور ويژه نقش ريسك و عواملي كه بر رشد و عدم رشد كسب و كارهاي واحد طيور تأثيرگذار مي‌باشند، شناسايي نمايد. بنابراين، با استفاده از يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش مي‌توان عواملي كه بر رشد و شكست كسب‌و‌كارهاي واحد طيور تأثيرگذارند، شناسايي نمود و توصيه‌هاي سياستي مناسب جهت رشد كسب‌و‌كارهاي مذكور در اختيار سياست‌گذاران قرار گيرد. همچنين شبيه سازي رشد واحدهاي اين كسب و كار با استفاده از رويكرد پويايي سيستم در اين تحقيق انجام ميشود. شبيه‌سازي بررسي مدل توسعه‌يافته را براي گردش آن در شرايط كاري واقعي انجام مي‌دهد و به طور خلاصه به سيستم اصلي نزديك است. از نظر زماني جهت شبيه سازي الگوي مدل سازي عوامل مؤثر بر رشد كسب‌و‌كارهاي واحد طيور، مورد تحليل و آزمون قرار مي‌گيرند. و تا آخر برنامه هفتم شبيه‌سازي رشد انجام شد.

Every economic, agricultural and commercial system carries many risks and uncertainties. The main feature of the business supply chain is the communication between its members. For this reason, the risk related to one part of the chain is transferred to other parts of the business supply chain. Risk is an important and fundamental issue in the supply chain literature, according to the discussed topics and the need to increase profit. In the poultry industry, one of the basic solutions is to identify the risk and measure the existing risks of this industry. Risk identification and quantification can reduce costs for the stakeholders of this industry, and risk reduction leads to better production planning. Considering the higher percentage of broiler and egg-laying chicken breeding units in the country s poultry industry and the superiority of Razavi Khorasan province, the present research considers the role of risk and factors that affect the growth and lack of business growth for Razavi Khorasan province in particular. The works of the poultry unit are effective, to identify. Therefore, by using the findings of this research, it is possible to identify the factors that affect the growth and failure of poultry unit businesses, and appropriate policy recommendations for the growth of the mentioned businesses can be provided to the policy makers. Also, the simulation of the growth of this business units is done using the system dynamics approach in this research. The simulation examines the developed model for its circulation in real working conditions, and in short, it is close to the original system. In terms of time, in order to simulate the modeling pattern, factors affecting the growth of poultry unit businesses are analyzed and tested.
