ضرورت تفكر سيستمي در جهت بين المللي سازي آموزش عالي

The necessity of developing systems thinking in the direction of internationalization of higher education

در دهه هاي اخير، بين المللي سازي جايگاه مهمي در آموزش عالي پيدا كرده و به يكي از اولويت هاي اصلي و مهم دانشگاه ها در سراسر جهان تبديل شده است. به طوريكه امروزه صاحب نظران و مديران اين حوزه، موفقيت آموزش عالي را در گرو بين المللي شدن آن مي دانند و آن را در رأس برنامه هاي عملياتي خود قرار مي دهند. به نظر مي رسد دستيابي به اين موفقيت نيازمند تفكري راهبردي همچون تفكر سيستمي است تا به درك بهتر پديده ها و رويارويي با پيچيدگي هاي بين المللي سازي آموزش عالي كمك نمايد. بدين منظور تلاش مي شود در مطالعه حاضر با مرور ادبيات موجود، اهميت اين موضوع تصريح گردد. لذا روش پژوهش در مطالعه حاضر، توصيفي و كتابخانه‌اي بوده و يافته ها با مرور اسناد، مدارك و مقالات موجود در پايگاه هاي اينترنتي داخلي و خارجي چون سيويليكا ، مركز اطلاعات علمي جهاد دانشگاهي ، پرتال جامع علوم انساني ،Research Gate و SAGE journals گردآوري شده اند. براي انتخاب مقالات مرتبط، كليدواژه هاي تفكر سيستمي، بين المللي سازي و بين المللي سازي آموزش عالي جستجو گرديد. نتايج بررسي ها حاكي از نقش مهم تفكر سيستمي در تحقق شايسته ي بين المللي سازي آموزش عالي بود.

In recent decades, internationalization has played an important role in higher education and has become one of the main priorities of universities around the world. Today, experts believe that the success of higher education depends on its internationalization and put it at the top of their operational plans. It seems that the realization of internationalization requires strategic thinking such as systemic thinking; Because it helps to better face the complexities of internationalization of higher education. For this purpose, the present study tries to clarify the importance of this issue by reviewing the existing literature. Therefore, the research method in this study was descriptive and library, and the findings were collected by reviewing the documents, papers and articles available in domestic and foreign websites such as Civilica, Academic Jihad Scientific Information Center, Humanities Comprehensive Portal, Research Gate and SAGE journals. To select related articles, the keywords of systemic thinking, internationalization and internationalization of higher education were searched. The results indicated the important role of systemic thinking in realizing the internationalization of higher education.
