در سال‌هاي اخير، تحريم‌هاي بين‌المللي به طور قابل توجهي بر چهره اقتصادي ايران، به ويژه در بخش حياتي نفت، تأثير گذاشته است. اين مطالعه با هدف تحليل تأثير تحريم‌هاي بين‌المللي بر سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي در صنعت نفت ايران و صادرات نفت آن با استفاده از رويكرد پويايي شناسي سيستم‌ها انجام شده است. اين رويكرد به ما امكان مي‌دهد تا با توجه به تغييرات در عوامل مختلف، به تحليل تأثيرات و پيش‌بيني روند تحولات در سيستم بپردازيم. با استفاده از رويكرد پويايي شناسي سيستم‌ها، مي‌توان تأثيرات طولاني مدت تحريم‌ها را در زمينه سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي و صادرات نفت ايران بهبود بخشيد و راهكارهاي مناسب براي توسعه اقتصادي كشور را ارائه كرد. از طريق يك مدل جامع، به بررسي اثرات فوري و بلندمدت تحريم‌ها بر سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي و صادرات نفت ايران پرداخته‌ايم و پيچيدگي‌هاي حلقه‌هاي بازخورد و وابستگي‌هاي متقابل درون بخش را به تصوير كشيده‌ايم. يافته‌هاي ما نشان مي‌دهند كه در حالي كه اثرات فوري به‌طور مستقيم و آشكار در كاهش سرمايه‌گذاري‌هاي خارجي و صادرات نفت مشهود است، پيامدهاي بلندمدت آن پيچيده‌تر هستند و بر ظرفيت كشور براي سرمايه‌گذاري‌هاي آتي و پتانسيل استفاده از بازارهاي جديد تأثير مي‌گذارد. علاوه بر اين، انعطاف‌پذيري و توانمندي صنعت نفت ايران در پاسخ به تحريم‌ها مورد تاكيد قرار گرفته و استراتژي‌هاي اتخاذ شده براي كاهش اثرات منفي به نمايش درآمده است. در نتيجه، هدف اصلي اين موضوع ارائه يك تحليل جامع و سيستمي از تأثير تحريم‌هاي بين‌المللي بر سرمايه‌گذاري خارجي و صادرات نفت ايران است كه به مقامات تصميم‌گير و سياست‌گذاران كمك مي‌كند تا درك بهتري از پيچيدگي و تأثير اين تحريم‌ها داشته باشند و استراتژي‌هاي مناسبي را در مواجهه با فشارهاي بين‌المللي تدوين كنند.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of international sanctions on foreign investment in Iran s oil industry and its oil exports using a systems dynamics approach. This approach allows us to analyze the effects and predict the trends in the system based on changes in various factors. By using the systems dynamics approach, we can improve our understanding of the long-term effects of sanctions on foreign investment and oil exports in Iran and provide suitable solutions for the country s economic development. Through a comprehensive model, we have examined the immediate and long-term effects of sanctions on foreign investment and oil exports, and depicted the complexities of feedback loops and interdependencies within the sector. Our findings indicate that while the immediate effects are directly evident in the reduction of foreign investment and oil exports, the long-term consequences are more complex and affect the country s capacity for future investments and its potential to tap into new markets. Furthermore, the flexibility and capabilities of Iran s oil industry in response to sanctions are emphasized, and the strategies adopted to mitigate the negative effects are highlighted. This research provides a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the impact of international sanctions on foreign investment and oil exports in Iran, aiding decision-makers and policymakers in gaining a better understanding of the complexities and effects of these sanctions and formulating appropriate strategies in the face of international pressures.
