تحليل و رتبه بندي ابعاد نظام آراستگي 5S در يك سيستم خدماتي، با رويكرد تركيبي DEMATEL و ANP

Analyzing and ranking the dimensions of the 5S grooming system in a service system, with the combined approach of Dematel and ANP

نظام آراستگي 5S طبق نظر بسياري از صاحب نظران، پايه اوليه و سنگ بناي ساير سيستم هاي كيفيتي و بهره وري مي باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحليل ابعاد نظام آراستگي 5S و رتبه بندي اين ابعاد انجام شده است تا مديران و سياست گذاران اين حوزه بتوانند بر مبناي اين تحليل و رتبه بندي اقدامات مناسب انجام دهند. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف كاربردي و از بعد ماهيت و روش، توصيفي است. به منظور جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه هاي تهيه شده استفاده شد كه توسط چهار تن از مديران ارشد شركت فرس پيشگام تكميل گرديده است. داده هاي جمع آوري شده به روش ديمتل توسط نرم افزار اكسل (Excel)، و به منظور رتبه بندي ابعاد با روش (ANP) توسط نرم افزار سوپردسيژن (Super decision) تحليل شد. با توجه به يافته هاي تحقيق نظم و ترتيب دادن تأثيرگذارترين، كاهش هزينه تأثيرپذيرترين و افزايش كارايي بيشترين ارتباط را ميان معيارها به خود اختصاص دادند. در رتبه بندي، نظم و ترتيب دادن با وزن 0.345 در جايگاه اول، استانداردسازي با وزن 0.331 رتبه دوم، ساماندهي با وزن 0.136 رتبه سوم، حفظ و انضباط با وزن 0.105 رتبه چهارم و پاكيزه سازي با وزن 0.0813 در رتبه پنجم قرار گرفت. بنابراين به كارگيري اين نظام افزايش ميزان بهره وري به وسيله افزايش كارايي و اثربخشي، كاهش اتلاف ها (منابع، هزينه، زمان)، افزايش ايمني محيط كار و ارتقاء حس انگيزه و روحيه ميان كاركنان را بوجود آورده است.

According to many experts, the 5S grooming system is the basic foundation and cornerstone of other quality and productivity systems. The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the dimensions of the 5S grooming system and ranking these dimensions so that the managers and policy makers of this area can take appropriate actions based on this analysis and ranking. The current research is descriptive from the point of view of practical purpose and nature and method. In order to collect data, prepared questionnaires were used, which were completed by four senior managers of Fourse-Pishgam. The collected data was analyzed by Dematel method by Excel software, and in order to rank the dimensions by ANP method by Super decision software. According to the findings of the research, orderliness and arrangement are the most effective, cost reduction is the most effective, and efficiency increase is the most relevant among the criteria. In the ranking, ordering with a weight of 0.345 is in the first place, standardization with a weight of 0.331 is the second place, organizing with a weight of 0.136 is the third place, maintaining discipline with a weight of 0.105 is the fourth place and cleaning is with a weight of 0.0813 in the ranking, placed fifth. Therefore, the use of this system has increased productivity by increasing efficiency and effectiveness, reducing waste (resources, cost, time), increasing the safety of the work environment, and improving the sense of motivation and morale among employees.
