چكيده فارسي :
از شكل گيري مفهوم «سازمان يادگيرنده» حدود 30 سال مي گذرد. به تبع آن «مدرسه ي يادگيرنده» نيز مفهومي برآمده از سازمان يادگيرنده است كه منجر به جهت گيري ذهن سياست گزاران، مديران آموزشي، مربيان و والدين شده است. در اين مدت ادبيات سازمان يادگيرنده پيشرفت چشم گيري كرده است و به دنبال آن ادبيات «مدرسه ي يادگيرنده» در مسير توسعه قرار گرفته است. هدف اين مطالعه ادامه ي توسعه مورد اشاره در «مدارس يادگيرنده» است. براي اين كار از دو مدل موجود كه ريشه اي قوي در ادبيات دارند استفاده شده است. اول مدل سنگه كه بنيان گزار و مبدع سازمان يادگيرنده و مدارس يادگيرنده است؛ و ديگري مدل واتكينز و مارسيك. هر دو مدل از بنيان هاي اساسي اين موضوع مي باشد و لذا ابتدا هر يك از دو مدل مذكور به اختصار تشريح شده است و سپس يك مدل تلفيقي به عنوان چارچوب مدارس يادگيرنده ارائه گرديده است. سپس به مسير طي شده براي اجراي مدل تلفيقي مورد اشاره پرداخته و در پايان دستاوردهاي حاصله از اين تحقيق كه تا كنون به دست آمده است، ارائه گرديده است.

About 30 years have passed since the formation of the concept of learning organization . According to that, learning school is also a concept arising from the learning organization, which has led to the orientation of the minds of policy makers, educational managers, educators and parents. During this time, the literature of the learning organization has made significant progress, and following that, the literature of the learning school has been on the path of development. The purpose of this study is to continue the development mentioned in learning schools . For this purpose, two existing models that have strong roots in the literature have been used. First, the Sangeh model, which is the founder and creator of the learning organization and learning schools; and the other is the Watkins and Marsik model. Both models are the basic foundations of this subject, and therefore, first, each of the two mentioned models is described briefly, and then a unified model is presented as the framework of learning schools. Then, the path followed for the implementation of the mentioned consolidated model is discussed and at the end, the achievements of this research that have been obtained so far have been presented.
