Studying the effect of strategic agility on company performance: analyzing the moderating role of dynamism and environmental competition

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثر چابكي استراتژيك بر عملكرد شركت: تحليل نقش تعديل گر پويايي و رقابت محيطي شركتهاي فعال منتخب در حوزه توليد مواد غذايي در شهرك صنعتي طوس بود. روش تحقيق مورد استفاده از نوع توصيفي، پيمايشي همبستگي مي باشد. جامعه مورد مطالعه سطوح مديران عملياتي ، مياني وعالي شركتهاي فعال منتخب در حوزه توليد مواد غذايي در شهرك صنعتي طوس است كه شامل 50 شركت و تعداد مديران 250 نفر است. نمونه آماري متناسب با تعداد افراد جامعه با استفاده از جدول مورگان حجم نمونه آماري تعيين ميشود كه باتوجه به حجم جامعه، حجم نمونه برابر است با 148 نفر از سطوح مديران عملياتي ، مياني وعالي شركتهاي فعال منتخب در حوزه توليد مواد غذايي در شهرك صنعتي طوس است. شيوه نمونه گيري مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش نيز انتخاب غير احتمالي در دسترس است.داده‌هاي تحقيق با روش كتابخانه اي و ميداني گردآوري شده و ابزار مورد استفاده پرسش نامه هاي استاندارد مي باشد. پايايي پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از روش كرونباخ و روايي ابزار با روش محتوايي مورد تأييد قرار گرفته اند. هم چنين جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزار ليزرل استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان داد كه چابكي استراتژيك بر عملكرد شركت باتوجه به نقش تحليل نقش تعديل گر پويايي و رقابت محيطي شركتهاي فعال منتخب در حوزه توليد مواد غذايي در شهرك صنعتي طوس تاثير معناداري دارد. همچنين نتايج بيانگر نقش تعديل كننده پويايي و رقابت محيطي شركت هاي فعال منتخب در حوزه توليد مواد غذايي در شهرك صنعتي طوس است.

The aim of the current research was to investigate the effect of strategic agility on company performance: analyzing the role of moderator of the dynamics and environmental competition of selected active companies in the field of food production in Tous Industrial Town. The used research method is descriptive, correlation survey. The studied population is the levels of operational, middle and senior managers of selected active companies in the field of food production in Tous Industrial Town, which includes 50 companies and the number of managers is 250 people. The statistical sample is proportional to the number of people in the society by using the Morgan table, the size of the statistical sample is determined, which according to the size of the society, the sample size is equal to 148 people from the levels of operational, middle and senior managers of selected active companies in the field of food production in Tous Industrial Town. . The sampling method used in this research is non-probability selection. The research data was collected by library and field method and the instrument used is standard questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires has been confirmed using the Cronbach method and the validity of the instrument has been confirmed using the content method. Also, to analyze the data, the method of structural equations was used using Lisrel software. The results showed that there is a significant impact of strategic agility on the performance of the company according to the role of analyzing the role of moderator of the dynamic and environmental competition of the selected active companies in the field of food production in Tous Industrial Town.
