Water electrolysis is one of the clean energy production methods. Oxygen evolution reaction (OER) occurs in the anode of water electrolysis systems, which has slow kinetics. In this study, we present a cost-effective and easy method for making N-GQDs/Ti3C2Tx electrocatalyst, which overcomes the limitation of OER reaction.Energy is one of the most important elements for human survival, social development and daily life. Excessive consumption of fossil fuels leads to crises such as environmental pollution, climate change and lack of energy resources [1]. splitting water into Oxygen and Hydrogen is a practical and interesting method [2]. The oxygen evolution reaction, which occurs at the anode of water electrolysis systems, suffers from slow kinetics and high overpotential [3]. To overcome the slow kinetics of OER and improve the efficiency of energy storage devices, the development of OER electrocatalysts is an efficient and effective method [4]. Our aim of this research is to report a robust and inexpensive method for electrocatalytic fabrication with good OER activity, high stability and low overpotential.
