چكيده فارسي :
Mefenamic acid (MFA) is a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug with a wide range of pharmacological activities such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic activity. It is used for treatment of muscular aches, menstrual cramps, headache, dental pain, and as a painkiller after surgeries. Based on its structure, mefenamic acid is a derivative of Naryl anthranilic acid and it belongs to the class of fenamic acids [1-3]. Various methods have been proposed for measuring of MFA. Nowadays, electrochemical methods based on modified electrodes have been considered because of some advantages such as simplicity, low cost, fast response time and high sensitivity and accuracy. Here, we present a simple and sensitive MFA sensor that was developed based on the copper/nickel nanoparticles functionalized magnetic graphene quantum dots by chicken feet yellow membrane (Cu-Ni/CFYM/MGQDs/GCE) as a new electrode modification material for the first time.
