مطالعه وبررسي تزريق گاز به روش امتزاجي و غير امتزاجي در يكي از مخازن نفتي غرب ايران

Study and investigation of gas injection by cmbination and non-combination methods in one of the oil reservoirs in the west of Iran

مخازن نفت سنگين راندمان پايني در توليد دارند. باتوجه به اينكه بيشتر مخازن نفتي ايران در نيمه ي دوم عمر خود هستند، جهت حفظ توليد نياز به استفاده از روش هاي ازدياد برداشت، واجب است. لذا در اين مقاله به بررسي ازدياد برداشت در يكي از مخازن نفتي غرب ايران، به روش تزريق گاز در دوحالت،امتزاجي وغيرامتزاجي مي پردازيم. خصوصيات خواص سنگ وسيال مخزن مورد مطالعه نشان مي دهد، كه تزريق غيرامتزاجي باعث تثبيت فشار مخزن و تقويت مكانيسم ريزش ثقلي شده و به دنبال آن توليد را افزايش مي دهد. از طرفي تزريق امتزاجي باعث كاهش گرانروي نفت مخزن و همچنين جلوگيري از افت فشار مخزن شده و منجر به افزايش توليد مي شود. در نهايت با توجه به خصوصيات مخزن مذكور جهت بازيافت بيشتر، روش تزريق امتزاجي گاز توصيه مي شود.

Heavy oil reservoir have low production efficiency. Considering that most of Iran s oil reservoirs are in the second half of their life, in order to maintain production, it is necessary to use the methods of increased harvesting. Therefore, in this article, we investigate the increase of production in one of the oil reservoirs in the west of Iran, by the method of gas injection in mixed and non-mixed modes. The characteristics of the properties of the studied reservoir rock and fluids show that non-mixed injection stabilizes the reservoir pressure and strengthens the gravity fall mechanism, and subsequently increases the production. On the other hand, mixed injection reduces the viscosity of oil in the tank and also prevents pressure drop in the tank and leads to an increase in production. Finally, according to the characteristics of the mentioned reservoir, for more recycling, the gas mixing injection method is recommended
