چكيده فارسي :
در دنياي امروز، بهبود كارايي و بهره‌وري در زنجيره تامين از اهميت به‌سزايي برخوردار است. استفاده از تكنولوژي‌هاي جديد مي‌تواند به سازمان‌ها كمك كند تا فرآيندها را بهبود داده و به دستيابي به اهداف خود بيشتر كمك كنند. از ديگر سو، بهره‌گيري از اين تكنولوژي‌ها نيازمند شناخت عميق از مفاهيمي مانند كارايي، بهره‌وري، اتوماسيون، يادگيري ماشين، زنجيره‌هاي بلوكي و اينترنت اشياء مي‌باشد. در اين مقاله، به بررسي اهميت بهره‌گيري از تكنولوژي‌هاي جديد در بهبود كارايي زنجيره تامين پرداخته مي‌شود. ابتدا، مفاهيم مرتبط با كارايي و بهره‌وري در زنجيره تامين به تفصيل بررسي شده و اهميت آنها در بهبود عملكرد سازمان‌ها مورد بحث قرار مي‌گيرد. سپس، نقش تكنولوژي‌هاي جديد مانند اينترنت اشياء، يادگيري ماشين و زنجيره‌هاي بلوكي در بهبود كارايي و بهره‌وري مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. در ادامه، اثرات مثبت اتوماسيون بر كاهش خطاها و افزايش دقت در زنجيره تامين تشريح مي‌شود. همچنين، نقش تكنولوژي IoT در بهبود ارتباطات و جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي مفيد از تمام اجزاي زنجيره تامين براي تصميم‌گيري بهتر مورد توضيح قرار مي‌گيرد. پس از ارائه پيشينه تحقيق در زمينه بهبود كارايي زنجيره تامين و نقش تكنولوژي‌هاي جديد، مقاله به ارائه مفاهيم نظري مبني بر اصول كارايي و بهره‌وري در زنجيره تامين مي‌پردازد. سپس، امكانات و مزاياي تكنولوژي‌هاي جديد در بهبود كارايي و بهره‌وري به طور دقيق‌تر مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. در نتيجه، اين مقاله به سازمان‌ها و مديران زنجيره تامين كمك مي‌كند تا با در نظر گرفتن اصول كارايي و بهره‌وري و بهره‌گيري از تكنولوژي‌هاي جديد، فرآيندها را بهبود داده و به اهداف خود دست پيدا كنند.

In today s world, improving efficiency and productivity in the supply chain is very important. The use of new technologies can help organizations improve processes and help achieve their goals. On the other hand, using these technologies requires a deep understanding of concepts such as efficiency, productivity, automation, machine learning, block chains, and the Internet of Things. In this article, the importance of using new technologies in improving the efficiency of the supply chain is investigated. First, the concepts related to efficiency and productivity in the supply chain are examined in detail and their importance in improving the performance of organizations is discussed. Then, the role of new technologies such as the Internet of Things, machine learning and block chains in improving efficiency and productivity is examined. In the following, the positive effects of automation on reducing errors and increasing accuracy in the supply chain are described. Also, the role of IOT technology in improving communication and collecting useful data from all components of the supply chain for better decision making is explained. After presenting the background of the research in the field of improving the efficiency of the supply chain and the role of new technologies, the article presents theoretical concepts based on the principles of efficiency and productivity in the supply chain. Then, the possibilities and advantages of new technologies in improving efficiency and productivity are examined more precisely. As a result, this article helps organizations and supply chain managers to improve processes and achieve their goals by considering the principles of efficiency and productivity and using new technologies
