In 2020, about 88 percent (or over 156 million tones) of the 179 million tons of total fish production was utilized for human consumption. In most regions of the world, total fish loss and waste lies between 30 percent and 35 percent. The by-products are usually composed of: heads (which represent 9–12 percent of total fish weight), viscera (12–18 percent), skin (1–3 percent), bones (9–15 percent) and scales (about 5 percent). Fish bones are an excellent source of different minerals, such as calcium and phosphorus, and contain also collagen. In this project we collecting many waste bone from the market and beach then after washing and cleaning with hydrogen peroxide , we dried them in sun then after that we designed into different frame as beautiful decoration then we gave to charity market for retail sale.
