به منظور رونق اقتصاد آبي، درك شرايط جغرافيايي مورد نياز براي صنايع دريايي، نياز است. اقتصاد آبي از منابع موجود محلي در جهت اشتغال زايي، افزايش درآمد و در عين حال حفظ محيط زيست بهره مي برد. در اين مقاله، نگارندگان به ارزيابي ظرفيت جغرافيايي خليج فارس در اقتصاد آبي ايران مي پردازند. بنابراين، تحقيق حاضر، از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت، كيفي است. بر اساس يافته هاي تحقيق، بهره مندي از انرژي تابشي خورشيد در طول سال، دسترسي به عمق مناسب، داشتن بيشترين خط ساحلي در بين ديگر كشورهاي حاشيه خليج فارس، وجود جزاير متعدد و مهم ايراني، وجود چشمه هاي متعدد آب شيرين در كف بستر و تنوع زيستي در اين حوزه دريايي، سبب مي شود تا فضا و ظرفيت بيشتري براي جمهوري اسلامي ايران جهت بهره مندي از صنايع مربوط به اقتصاد آبي فراهم شود. با توجه به شرايط جغرافيايي خليج فارس، صنايع آبي كه براي ايران از بيشترين ظرفيت بهره مندي برخوردارند، عبارت اند از: تأمين انرژي از گرما (خورشيد)، تأمين انرژي از باد در دريا (سازه هاي ثابت و شناور)، تأمين انرژي از جزر و مد و موج دريا، جاذبه هاي توريستي و گردشگري و توليد آب شيرين.

In order to prosper the blue economy, it is necessary to understand the geographic conditions required for marine industries. the blue economy uses local resources to create jobs, increase income and at the same time preserve the environment. in this article, the authors assess the geographical capacity of the Persian Gulf in Iran s blue economy. therefore, the current research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in nature. based on the findings of the research, benefiting from the sun s radiant energy throughout the year, access to the appropriate depth, having the largest coastline among other Persian Gulf countries, the presence of numerous and important Iranian islands, the presence of numerous fresh water springs in the bottom of the bed and Biodiversity in this marine area will provide more space and capacity for the Islamic Republic of Iran to benefit from industries related to blue economy. according to the geographical conditions of the Persian Gulf, blue industries that have the greatest capacity for Iran are: providing energy from heat (sun), providing energy from wind in the sea (fixed and floating structures), providing energy from tides and Sea waves, tourist attractions and fresh water production.
