شبيه‌سازي عدسي خطي‌ساز و بررسي پارامترهاي مؤثر بر آن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار كامسول

Simulation of the linear spread lens and investigation the effective parameters on it using COMSOL software

برخي از كاربردهاي ليزر به‌جاي استفاده از لكه ليزري نيازمند بكارگيري باريكه ليزري به صورت خطي هستند و از عدسي‌هاي استوانه‌اي، فرنل خطي‌ساز دندانه‌اي براي چنين منظوري استفاده مي‌شود. در اين مقاله، عدسي خطي ساز دندانه‌اي در نرم‌افزار كامسول شبيه‌سازي شده و اثرات ضخامت عدسي و ميزان تيزي، زاويه راس، تعداد دندانه‌ها بر خطي‌سازي نور و اندازه لكه در صفحه مشاهده بررسي شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه ميزان تيزي بدون تغيير در اندازه لكه باعث يكنواختي توزيع شدت مي‌شود و تعداد دندانه‌ها و ضخامت عدسي تأثيري در خطي‌سازي نور ندارند. اما نتايج حاكي از وابستگي شديد اندازه لكه به زاويه راس دندانه‌هاست.

Some laser applications require the use of a linear laser beam instead of using a laser point, and cylindrical lenses, Fresnel lenses, and linear spread lenses are used for this purpose. In this article, the linear spread lens was simulated in COMSOL software and the effects of the sharpness of the teeth, the angle of the apex, the number of teeth, and the thickness of the lens on the linearization of light and the spot size on the observation plane were investigated. The simulation results show that the sharpness of the teeth, without changing the spot size, causes the uniformity of the light distribution on the screen and the number of teeth and the thickness of the lens have no effect on the linearization of light. But the results indicate that the spot size is strongly dependent on the angle of the apex of the teeth.
