In this work, the thermodynamic parameters related to the loading of temozolomide drug on ZnO/SBA-16 nanocomposite were studied. Thermodynamic factors were computed for comprehend the loading process. The thermodynamic parameters , , and were studied and evaluated at three temperatures of 30, 50 and 70 . The results showed that drug loading is an exothermic and spontaneous process.
