In this research, catalytic ozonation process of food industrial effluent by NiO-Fe2O3 catalyst was studied from kinetics perspective. To infer the kinetics of the process, experiments were conducted in the period of 0-20 min in the absence and presence of catalyst (OP and COP). The experimental data fitted well in a pseudo- first order kinetics model. Based on the results, the presence of NiO-Fe2O3 as a catalyst in COP causes to double the reaction rate than OP.
