Perovskites are widely used in solar cells and solid-state lasers and light emitting diodes due to their high light absorption and ability to generate stable excitons. One of the major disadvantages and challenges of perovskite solar cells is their stability. Perovskite solar cells CsPbBr3 are less efficient than perovskite CsPbI3, but are better than perovskite CsPbI3 in terms of long-term stability. In this project, perovskite quantum dots CsPbBr3 were used due to more stability and also silver nanoparticles were used to increase the efficiency of solar cells and the efficiency of solar cells was increased from 2.65% to 3.5%.
