In this paper, bank customer data is used to draw useful and valuable insight with the integration of artificial intelligence. With the rise of artificial intelligence technology, banks are going through a digital transformation. Artificial intelligence is used to save the time required by humans to process large amounts of information and provide more efficient and accurate results and it has helped data-driven systems to be able to deliver a better service. We used a customer behaviour dataset related to a Portuguese bank marketing campaign with the purpose of predicting customer behaviour and the effectiveness of the campaign with a random forest algorithm to build our model. The Random Forest model achieved an accuracy of 100% on the test data being able to predict whether the customer will subscribe to the term deposit or not, outperforming other traditional machine learning models that we used for classification. Our main focus is on using and implementing the insight and information drawn from customer behaviour by using AI methods and techniques.
