One of the most important causes of failure and stoppage of rotating machines and electric motors is related to bearings. Rolling bearings by creating low friction surfaces and load supporting, in addition to creating optimal conditions for rotor and stator operation, adjust symmetry and air gap between them. The failure of the bearings, followed by the rotor and stator touching, causes irreparable damage and stops the equipment. Vibration analysis is known as the most effective tool in condition monitoring of bearings, and in this article, the monitoring process and predicting the mixer input conveyor electric motor bearing failure of the Goharzamin Mining and Industrial Company pelletizing factory is investigated using vibration analysis.
