Ethanol and methanol are two common alcohols for use in direct alcohol fuel cells. Methanol was chosen due to its high energy density, but the toxicity of this substance, its volatility, non-renewability and flammability caused other alcohols such as ethanol to be used. Used as a fuel, ethanol is renewable unlike methanol; Therefore, in recent years, fuel cells are being produced that use the combination of both alcohols, namely methanol and ethanol. The purpose of this research is to investigate and study the simultaneous electrooxidation of ethanol and methanol in the combination of different percentages using electrochemical techniques. Based on the analysis of the electrochemical tests performed on the combination of different percentages of alcohol in a game environment, it can be concluded that the higher the percentage of ethanol in the environment, the less oxidation is done, and the optimal combination of percentages for using a mixture of two alcohols are the percentages that contain Methanol was more than ethanol, and in environments where the amount of ethanol is more than methanol, oxidation does not happen well.
