This research focuses on measuring the ion conductivity of the reaction layer and the membrane in electrochemical fuel cells using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, given the importance of electrochemical techniques in calculating and measuring parameters such as conductivity and electrical conductivity. The diffusion coefficients of adsorbed materials on porous solid surface layers can be determined by analyzing experimental data obtained from impedance spectra to calculate and present a new approach with data fitting, where part of the Warburg elements created in diffusion is determined. Based on this, two important diffusion parameters including diffusion time constant and diffusion length are determined. This method, along with the effective parameter transport model, illustrates significant parameters of the diffusion process, such as Debye length, diffusion length, diffusion resistance, relaxation time, diffusion time constant, and diffusion coefficients. These values are also evaluated by comparing experimental and circuit modeling data and fitting the data
