Over the past few years, there have been significant advancements and noteworthy findings in the area of bone tissue engineering, with the goal of improving the process of bone regeneration. These developments have focused on the implementation of sustainable strategies that are economically viable and have minimal impact on the environment. The purpose of this scientific article is to investigate and analyze the potential applications of geopolymer in the field of biomedicine. The utilization of alkaline active materials as biomaterials has been hindered by a range of concerns and considerations, including issues related to toxicity and conductivity, thus limiting their widespread use.
