,This study reviews the use of wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) for fabricating different materials specifically titanium alloys and high-entropy alloys (HEAs). It highlights the challenges and variations in microstructure and mechanical properties that arise during the additive manufacturing process. This study focuses on the development of a combined cable wire (CCW) for arc additive manufacturing of non-equiatomic Al-Co-Cr-Fe-Ni .HEAs, demonstrating its feasibility and advantages over traditional powder-based additive manufacturing processes
