مقايسه تأثير آموزش مجازي با آموزش حضوري بر عملكرد دانش آموزان

Comparison of the effect of virtual education with face-to-face education on student’s performance

با گسترش روز افزون تكنولوژي و افزايش جمعيت استفاده از آموزش مجازي در سراسر دنيا بيشتر شده است. با اين حال استفاده از اين نوع آموزش مخالفان و موافقان خود را داراست. هدف از اين پژوهش پاسخ به اين سوال است كه كدام آموزش مي‌تواند تأثير گذاري بهتري داشته باشد و جايگزين نحوه آموزش گردد. روش اين تحقيق سنتز پژوهي مي‌باشد. در طي فرآيند اين روش بيش از 10 مقاله بررسي شدند اما آنهايي كه كيفيت لازم و ارتباط كافي با عنوان مقاله را داشتند غربالگري شدند و بعد از كد گذاري باز، محوري، گزينشي، مفاهيم و مقوله ها استخراج شدند و در نهايت بر اساس اين مؤلفه‌هاي استخراج شده الگويي رسم شد كه مقايسه دو روش آموزشي و عملكرد آنها را نشان مي‌دهد. بر اساس يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش آموزش مجازي مزاياي بيشتري نسبت به آموزش حضوري دارد. همچنين آموزش مجازي تأثير گذاري بيشتري بر عملكرد دانش آموزان و دانشجويان نسبت به آموزش حضوري داشته است. در نتيجه آموزش مجازي در مقايسه با آموزش حضوري عملكرد بهتري دارد و هم تعداد دانش آموز بيشتري را مي‌توان پشتيباني كرد اما مدارس به تنهايي نمي‌توانند اهداف آموزشي را با آموزش مجازي تكميل كنند و نيازمند آموزش تلفيقي (آموزش مجازي و حضوري) مي‌باشند.

With the increasing development of technology and increasing population, the use of virtual education has increased all over the world. However, using this type of training has its pros and cons. The purpose of this research is to answer the question of which education can have a better effect and replace the way of education. The method of this research is research synthesis. During the process of this method, more than 10 articles were reviewed, but those that had the necessary quality and sufficient connection with the title of the article were screened and after open, central, selective coding, concepts and categories were extracted and finally based on these components extracted, a pattern was drawn that shows the comparison of two educational methods and their performance. According to the findings of this research, virtual education has more advantages than face-to-face education. Also, virtual education has had a greater impact on the performance of students than face-to-face education. As a result, virtual education has a better performance compared to face-to-face education and more students can be supported, but schools alone cannot complete the educational goals with virtual education and need integrated education (virtual and face-to-face education).
