مناظره حضرت موسي (ع) با فرعون؛ ارائه نمونه كاربردي و آموزشي جهت مواجهه با بزهكارانِ خشن و تعليم و هدايت گري آنان

تعليم و تربيت مهمترين عنصر فرهنگ ساز جامعه است، به همين سبب خداى سبحان به قلم و آنچه با قلم مى‏نويسند سوگند ياد كرده است. اصل اساسي در هدايتگري، آشنايي با طريقه مواجهه با انسان هاي متفاوت و مخاطب شناسي است. موفقيت انبياء و اولياء الله علي رغم توفيق الهي، شناخت روحياتِ مخاطب و درك شرايط زمانه و در نهايت كاربست موعظه حسنه و جدال حسنه بوده است. يكي از معضلاك جامعه كنوني وجود بزهكارانِ خشن در جامعه و رساندن آسيب به سلامت رواني و اجتماعي مردم جامعه است در حالي كه قرآن به عنوان نسخه شفا بخش فرا زماني و مكاني متضمّنِ نوع برخورد اولياي الهي با بزهكاران و طغيان گران زمان خودشان مي باشد و در اين راستا بهترين نسخه براي مواجهه با بزهكاران خشن است. به همين سبب پژوهش حاضر با روش توصيفي- تحليلي و ابزار گردآوري كتابخانه‌اي- استنادي و سطح تحليلِ تحليل محتوا به دنبال پاسخ به اين سؤالات است كه نوعِ مواجهه حضرت موسي (ع) با فرعون چگونه بود و آيا اين مواجهه مي تواند چارچوب اصولي براي برخورد با بزهكاران خشن داشته باشد؟ يافته هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه براساس سياق آياتِ مواجهه موسي (ع) با فرعون براي بزهكارانِ خشن، اول بايد متوليان مربوطه آموزش هاي لازم را گذرانده و امكانات مناسب را در اختيار داشته باشند. مهمترين اصل در مواجهه، كاربست قول ليّن است كه اولين ثمره اش پند پذيرفتن و خشيت داشتنِ مخاطب است. مصاديق قول ليّن در مكالمه هاي موسي (ع) با فرعون تعبير «رَبِّكَ»، «وَ السَّلامُ عَلى‏ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الْهُدى» و تهديد غير مستقيم است. در مواجهه با بزهكارانِ خشن بايد از تعبيراتي مشترك مثل «جامعه مون، امنيتمون، پدر و مادرمون و .....» براي همدلي استفاده كرد و در ضمن استفاده نكات پر مغز و دلسوزانه به كار بست تا حين آگاهي بخشي، حس عاطفي او را تحريك كرد و فرصت براي پند پذيري باشد.

Education is the most important element of society s culture, that s why God Almighty has sworn by the pen and what they write with the pen. The basic principle in guiding is familiarity with the way of dealing with different people and audience knowledge. Despite God s success, the success of the prophets and saints of God was knowing the moods of the audience and understanding the conditions of the time and finally using good preaching and good arguments. One of the problems of today s society is the existence of violent criminals in the society and harming the mental and social health of the people of the society, while the Quran is a transtemporal healing prescription and a place that includes the way the divine saints dealt with the criminals and rebels of their time. And in this regard, it is the best version to deal with violent criminals. For this reason, the current research with the descriptive-analytical method and the tool of library-citation collection and the level of analysis of content analysis seeks to answer these questions, what was the type of encounter of Prophet Moses (pbuh) with Pharaoh and whether this encounter can be a basic framework for Dealing with violent criminals? The findings of the research indicate that based on the context of the verses of Moses (pbuh) s confrontation with Pharaoh for violent criminals, the relevant custodians must first undergo the necessary training and have the appropriate facilities at their disposal. The most important principle in confrontation is the application of Lin s words, the first fruit of which is to accept advice and respect the audience. Examples of Lin s words in the conversations of Moses (pbuh) with Pharaoh are the expression Rabbi , and peace be upon those who follow God and indirect threats. In the face of violent criminals, one should use common expressions such as our society, our security, our parents, and... for empathy, and at the same time, use thoughtful and compassionate points to raise awareness and his emotional sense. provoked and the opportunity to be admonished.
