آموزش از اموري است كه عوامل متعددي در حصول نتيجه آن تاثيرگذار است. معلمان مي بايستي به دانش هاي گوناگوني مسلط باشند كه بتوانند بهترين عملكرد را از خود به منصه ظهور رسانند. دانش برنامه ريزي درسي يكي از اين موارد مي باشد كه مي تواند به معلمان در اين امر خطير كمك كند. به همين منظور با توجه به اهميت موضوع در اين تحقيق به بررسي تاثير آگاهي معلمان از برنامه ريزي درسي بر عملكرد آنان پرداخته شد. روش تحقيق از نوع كتابخانه اي مي باشد كه با بررسي منابع معتبر و مرتبط در اين زمينه انجام شد. در پايان پس از تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات گردآوري شده نتيجه شد كه برنامه ريزي درسي همواره بين دو عامل معلم و دانش آموز در تعليم و تربيت رابطه برقرار مي كند و مي توان از آن به منزله ي قلب نظام تعليم و تربيت و ابزاري در جهت تحقق اهداف آموزش و پرورش ياد كرد. نگاه عميق به تعليم و تربيت و توجه به نقش معلم و برنامه ريزي درسي در تعليم و تربيت اسلامي مهم ترين اصل اساسي در پيشبرد اهداف اين پژوهش بوده است و اين امر محدود به مدرسه نمي باشد و مي بايستي تمامي جامعه در تحقق اين امر دست به دست يكديگر بدهند.

For this purpose, considering the importance of the topic in this research, the impact of teachers awareness of lesson planning on their performance was investigated. The research method is of the library type, which was done by examining reliable and relevant sources in this field.In the end, after analyzing the collected information, it was concluded that lesson planning always establishes a relationship between the two factors of teacher and student in education and it can be considered as the heart of the education system and a tool for the realization He mentioned the goals of education. Taking a deep look at education and paying attention to the role of the teacher and lesson planning in Islamic education and training has been the most important basic principle in advancing the goals of this research, and this is not limited to the school, and the whole society should contribute to the realization of this. shake hands
