Investigating the strategic objectives of the marine environment

مقاله حاضر به بررسي اهداف استراتژيك محيط زيست دريايي مي‌پردازد. محيط زيست دريايي در دسته بندي منابع طبيعي قرار مي‌گيرد كه بسياري از جوانب زندگي روزمره انسان را تحت تأثير قرار مي‌دهد. اهداف استراتژيك در حوزه محيط زيست دريايي به منظور حفظ و بهينه‌سازي استفاده از اين محيط و پيشگيري از آسيب‌هاي ناشي از فعاليت‌هاي انساني تعيين مي‌شوند. در اين مقاله، اهداف استراتژيك محيط زيست دريايي از دو زاويه مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. ابتدا اهداف حفظ و حفاظت محيط زيست دريايي مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرند. اين اهداف شامل حفظ تنوع زيستي درياها، جلوگيري از آلودگي درياها و كاهش تأثيرات مخرب انساني بر محيط زيست هستند. سپس، اهداف بهينه‌سازي استفاده از منابع دريايي بررسي مي‌شوند. اين اهداف به بهره‌برداري بهينه از منابع مانند ماهي، نفت و گاز دريايي، منابع آب شيرين درياها و انرژي دريايي متمركز مي‌شوند. در راستاي اين اهداف، استراتژي‌هايي مانند توسعه پايدار و استفاده بهينه از تكنولوژي‌هاي نوين مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرند. با توجه به اهميت محيط زيست دريايي براي انسان و بقيه موجودات زنده، بررسي اهداف استراتژيك محيط زيست دريايي به منظور شناسايي و تدوين سياست‌ها و برنامه‌هاي مناسب براي حفاظت و بهره‌برداري بهينه از اين محيط استفاده مي‌شود. چرا كه به دست آوردن مزيت رقابتي در اين حوزه نيازمند داشتن اهداف تنظيم شده و استراتژي‌هاي مشخصي است. اين مقاله مي‌تواند به درك بهتر تأثير فعاليت‌هاي انساني بر محيط زيست و تعيين سياست‌هاي موثر در اين زمينه كمك كند.

This article examines the strategic goals of the marine environment. The marine environment is classified as a natural resource that affects many aspects of human daily life. Strategic goals in the field of marine environment are determined in order to preserve and optimize the use of this environment and prevent damage caused by human activities. In this article, the strategic goals of the marine environment are examined from two angles. First, the objectives of preserving and protecting the marine environment are examined. These goals include preserving the biodiversity of the seas, preventing the pollution of the seas and reducing the destructive human impacts on the environment. Then, the objectives of optimizing the use of marine resources are reviewed. These goals focus on the optimal exploitation of resources such as fish, offshore oil and gas, fresh water resources of the seas, and marine energy. In line with these goals, strategies such as sustainable development and optimal use of new technologies are examined. Due to the importance of the marine environment for humans and other living organisms, the strategic objectives of the marine environment are examined in order to identify and formulate appropriate policies and programs for the protection and optimal exploitation of this environment. Because gaining a competitive advantage in this field requires having set goals and specific strategies. This article can help to better understand the impact of human activities on the environment and determine effective policies in this field.
