بررسي نقش عوامل موثر در توسعه شهري بر بهبود مديريت شهري، مطالعه موردي :شهرداري مشهد

Investigating the effective factors in urban development on urban management, case study: Mashhad Municipality

افزايش سطح شهرها و رشد شهرنشيني طي دهه هاي اخير، در بسياري از شهرها با تخريب مكان هاي شهري و افزايش نابرابري هاي بهداشتي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي، در مقياس وسيع، بين ساكنان همراه بوده است. در تحقيق حاضر به بررسي نقش عوامل موثر در توسعه شهري بر بهبود مديريت شهري در شهرداري مشهد پرداخته شد. تحقيق فوق از نظر هدف، كاربردي واز منظر روش، توصيفي ميباشد. تعداد نمونه، 132 نفر از كليه پرسنل شهرداري مشهد كه به صورت تصادفي ساده و براساس فرمول كوكران انتخاب شد كه با استفاده از آزمون كلومروف اسميرينوف، تي تك نمونه اي و رتبه بندي فريدمن به بررسي تاثير بين فرضيه ها پرداخته شد. . نتايج تحقيقات نشان مي دهد كه قدرت رابطه ميان تمامي متغيرها مقدار قابل توجهي محسوب مي‌شود. آماره آزمون بزرگتر از مقدار بحراني t در سطح خطاي 5% يعني 96/1 بوده و نشان مي‌دهد همبستگي مشاهده شده معنادار است. بنابراين با اطمينان 95% تمامي فرضيه هابه اثبات رسيد و در پايان پيشنهاداتي ارائه شد.

The increase in the level of cities and the growth of urbanization during the last decades, in many cities, has been accompanied by the destruction of urban places and the increase of health, social and economic inequalities, on a large scale, among the residents. In this research, the role of effective factors in urban development on the improvement of urban management in Mashhad Municipality was investigated. The above research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The sample number is 132 people from all the personnel of Mashhad municipality, who were selected by simple random method and based on Cochran s formula, and the influence between hypotheses was investigated using Klumrov-Smirinov test, one-sample t-test, and Friedman s ranking. The research results show that the strength of the relationship between all the variables is a significant value. The test statistic is greater than the critical value of t at the 5% error level, i.e. 1.96, and it shows that the observed correlation is significant. Therefore, all the hypotheses were proven with 95% confidence and suggestions were presented at the end
