The components of practical training of teenagers from the perspective of the Quran

امر تربيت از جمله مباحثي است كه همواره موردنياز جامعه بشري است و با نفوذ و اهميتي كه دارد، مي تواند مفيد يا زيان بخش باشد، بدان حد كه زمينه را براي سعادت فرد و جامعه و يا انحطاط و بدبختي آن فراهم نمايد. در اهميت و ارزش آن، همين بس كه قرآن كريم، محور دعوت پيامبران به ويژه پيامبر اكرم (صلي الله عليه و آله و سلم) را تربيت و تكميل فضائل اخلاقي قرار داده است . با توجه به اينكه هر مرحله از عمر آدمي، تعليم و تربيت خاصي را مي طلبد، اين پژوهش با برشمردن شيوه هايي ، به طور اختصاصي به مؤلفه هايي كه مي تواند در تربيت عملي نوجوان مؤثر واقع شود، اشاره نموده است. با ياري قرآن و به روش اسنادي و تتبع در تفاسير و كتب مربوطه ، اين نتيجه حاصل گشت كه تربيت عملي نافذ تر از شيوه هاي ديگر است و والدين بايد از دقت لازم در امر تربيت برخوردار باشند و نوجوان را جذب خود سازند به گونه اي كه او خود با ميل و رغبت و شوق، پذيراي تربيت باشد.

Education is one of the topics that is always needed by human society and with its influence and importance, it can be beneficial or harmful, to the extent that it provides the basis for the happiness of the individual and the society or its degeneration and misery. In terms of its importance and value, it is enough that the Noble Qur an has made training and perfecting moral virtues the focus of the calling of the Prophets, especially the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).. Considering that every stage of a person s life requires special education and training, this research has specifically pointed out the components that can be effective in the practical training of teenagers by enumerating the methods. With the help of the Qur an and the method of documents and following in the interpretations and related books, it was concluded that practical training is more effective than other methods, and parents should be careful in the matter of training and attract the teenager in such a way that He himself should accept training with desire and enthusiasm.
