تاثير قابليت‌هاي پويا بر مزيت رقابتي با رويكرد فراتحليل

The effect of dynamic capabilities on the competitive advantage with a meta-analysis approach

هدف اين تحقيق به بررسي تاثير قابليت‌هاي پويا بر مزيت رقابتي سازمان مي‌پردازد. در اين پژوهش با تلفيق مطالعات و تحقيقات گذشته، اثرگذاري قابليت‌هاي پويا در مزيت رقابتي مورد واكاوي قرار گرفته و در نهايت اجماع نظري و جمع‌بندي پيرامون اين رابطه اتفاق مي‌افتد. روش شناسي اين پژوهش براساس يك پروتكل از پيش تعيين شده به مرور سيستماتيك ادبيات تحقيق در حوزه قابليت‌هاي پويا پرداخته است و سپس با به كارگيري روش پيشرفته آماري فراتحليل، به تلفيق و جمع‌بندي مطالعات منتخب اقدام نموده در نهايت از طريق محاسبه اندازه اثر تركيبي، اثرگذاري قابليت‌هاي پويا بر مزيت رقابتي را بررسي و تعيين تكليف كرده است. يافته‌ها نتايج تحقيق برروي 18 مطالعه منتخب (داراي فرضيه موردنظر) نشان مي‌دهد كه قابليت‌هاي پويا بر مزيت رقابتي سازمان تاثيرمستقيم و معنادار دارد. اندازه اثر تركيبي براساس مدل اثرات تصادفي برابر 0.407 بوده و در سطح اطمينان 99% معنادار است. نتيجه‌گيري نتيجه تحقيق حاكي از تاثير قطعي قابليت‌هاي پويا بر مزيت رقابتي است. هم‌چنين تحقيق، داراي سوگيري زباني، سوگيري استناد و سوگيري انتخاب نيست اما دچار سوگيري انتشار مي‌باشد.

Abstract Objective: This study examines the impact of dynamic capabilities on organization s competitive advantage. In this study, by combining previous studies and researches, the effect of dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage is investigated and finally a theoretical consensus and a conclusion about this relationship occurs. Methodology: Based on a predetermined protocol, this research has systematically reviewed the research literature in the field of dynamic capabilities and then, using an advanced statistical meta-analysis method, combines and summarizes selected studies. Finally, by calculating the mixed effect size, the effect of dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage is examined. Findings: The results of research on 18 selected studies (with the desired hypothesis) show that dynamic capabilities have a direct and significant effect on the competitive advantage of the organization. The value of the mixed effect size based on the random effects model is 0.407 and is significant at 99% confidence level. Conclusion The results of the study indicate the definite effect of dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage. Also, research does not have a language bias, citation bias, and selection bias, but it does have a publication bias.
