بررسي ميزان آگاهي مديران از اهداف مديريت آموزشي و ارتباط آن با موفقيت شغلي آنها از ديدگاه مديران مدارس ابتدايي شهرستان اراك

Investigating the level of knowledge of principals about the goals of educational management and its relationship with their career success from the perspective of primary school principals in Arak city

عملكرد مديران به عواملي چون صلاحيت، تحصيلات و رشته تحصيلي، ثبات مديريت، اخلاق حرفه اي ورضايت شغلي ارتباط مستقيم داشته و مديراني كه در اين زمينه ها از دانش و اطلاعات بروز استفاده مينمايند از مهارت و موفقيت بهتري برخوردار هستند .هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضربررسي ميزان آگاهي مديران از اهداف مديريت آموزشي و ارتباط آن با موفقيت شغلي آنان مي باشد. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي، از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه مديران مدارس ابتدايي شهرستان اراك مي باشند كه در سال تحصيلي 401_402به تعداد 74 نفر مي باشد. به علت كم بودن تعداد جامعه آماري تمامي افراد جامعه مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته و نمونه آماري اين پژوهش را تشكيل مي دهند. براي متغير اهداف مديريت آموزشي نظريه قرائي مقدم (1375)، انتخاب شد. همچنين براي متغير موفقيت شغلي نيز مدل نكويي مقدم (1388) ارائه شده است. در اين پژوهش براي جمع آوري داده ها از دو پرسشنامه استفاده شده است: پرسشنامه محقق ساخته آگاهي مديران از اهداف مديريت آموزشي، و پرسشنامه استاندارد موفقيت شغلي مديران. يافته ها نشان دادآگاهي مديران از مديريت آموزشي از وضعيت مطلوبي برخوردار است. بين آگاهي مديران از اهداف مديريت آموزشي با موفقيت شغلي آنها رابطه معني داري وجود دارد و آگاهي مديران از اهداف مديريت آموزشي، موفقيت شغلي آنها را پيش بيني مي كند.

The performance of managers is directly related to factors such as qualification, education and field of study, stability of management, professional ethics and job satisfaction, and managers who use knowledge and current information in these fields have better skills and success. The main purpose of this research is to examine the extent Managers are aware of the goals of educational management and its relationship with their career success. This research is correlational in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population of this research is all principals of elementary schools in Arak city, which is 74 people in the academic year of 2019-2029. Due to the small number of the statistical population, all members of the population were studied and constitute the statistical sample of this research.For the variable of educational management objectives, the theory of Karai Moghadam (2015) was selected. Also, the model of Nekui Moghadam (2008) has been presented for the career success variable. In this research, two questionnaires were used to collect data: a researcher-made questionnaire for managers awareness of educational management goals, and a standard questionnaire for managers career success. The findings show that managers awareness of educational management is in a favorable condition. There is a significant relationship between managers awareness of educational management goals and their career success, and managers awareness of educational management goals predicts their career success.
