نظام آموزش و پرورش هر جامعه به طور آشكار و پنهان، هنجارها و نگرش‌هاي خاصي را به فراگيران انتقال مي دهد و دانش آموزان در دوران ابتدايي به عنوان تاثير پذيرترين دوره رشد فردي شان در معرض آموزش اين برنامه هاي آشكار و پنهان مي باشند كه از آنها تجربه كسب كرده و فرهنگ و ارزش هاي مورد نيازشان را از نهاد مدرسه و آموزش و پرورش به عنوان نهادي مطمئن كسب نمايند. اين اثربخشي به مراتب بسيار بيشتر از روش هاي مستقيم آگاهانه خواهد بود؛ بنابراين مدرسه و كلاس درس مكاني است كه مي تواند جهت دهنده ي رشد همه جانبه دانش آموزان شود. با توجه به متن سندتحول بنيادين (شايستگي هاي پايه شامل مجموعه اي تركيبي از صفات و توانمندي هاي فردي و جمعي ناظر به همه جنبه هاي هويت (عقلاني، عاطفي، ارادي و عملي ) و نيز تمام مولفه هاي جامعه بر اساس نظام معيار اسلامي است كه متربيان براي دستيابي به مراتب حيات طيبه جهت درك موقعيت خود و ديگران و عمل فردي و جمعي براي بهبود مستمر آن، بايد اين گونه صفات و توانمندي ها را به كار ببندند. لذا در اين مقاله باتوجه به اين كه يكي از وظايف اصلي و اساسي مربيان و دست اندركاران عرصه ي تعليم و تربيت، پرورش انساني است كه مطابق با توصيف آورده شده؛ شايستگي هاي پايه را كسب كرده باشد، بر آن شديم تا به اهميت برنامه درسي آشكار و پنهان مبتني بر اسناد تحولي آموزش و پرورش و تاثير آن بر يادگيري، رشد مهارت هاي اجتماعي و هويت بخشي در دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدايي به روش مروري و كتابخانه اي بپردازيم و اين مهم تحقق نمي يابد مگر با ايمان قلبي و باور به توانمندي هاي خود، برنامه ريزي صحيح و هدايت شده و اهميت به مراتب گفته شده در اسناد تحولي مرتبط با حيطه ي تعليم و تربيت كه براين اساس شاهد رشد و تعالي دانش آموزان و آينده سازان اين مرز و بوم خواهيم بود.
