نقش اكوتوريسم تپه هاي شني شهرستان ريگان در توسعه پايدار منطقه

مقدمه: با توجه به اينكه شهرستان ريگان در دل كوير لوت واقع شده است و داراي تپه هاي شني بسيار زياد و جذابي مي باشد، ظرفيت بسيار زيادي براي توسعه اكوتوريسم به خصوص در حوزه تپه هاي شني دارد كه البته نيازمند برنامه ريزي مناسب در اين زمينه مي باشد و با توجه به اينكه تاكنون تحقيقي جامع در اين زمينه در اين محدوده صورت نگرفته است و نتوانسته در راستاي توسعه پايدار به خصوص در زمينه توسعه پايدار جوامع محلي نقش اساسي داشته باشد. بنابراين لازم است كه در تحقيقي جامع به بررسي نقش اكوتوريسم تپه هاي شني شهرستان ريگان در توسعه پايدار منطقه پرداخته شود كه پژوهش حاضر در اين راستا مي باشد. داده و روش: پژوهش حاضر از بعد هدف، كاربردي و از منظر گردآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه اماري شامل كارشناسان و متخصصان و اساتيد دانشگاهي مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش در استان هاي كرمان و سيستان و بلوچستان به تعداد 148 نفر بوده و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران به تعداد 107 نفر انتخاب مي شوند كه به طور تصادفي در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها مشتمل بر دو پرسشنامه اكوتوريسم تپه هاي شني با9 سوال و پرسشنامه توسعه پايدار با 19 سوال مبوده و در طيف ليكرت 5 درجه اي مي باشد و روايي آن به شيوه صوري و سازه اي تاييد شده و پايايي نيز بر اساس آلفاي كرونباخ بيش از 70/0 شده و اثبات گرديده است. داده هاي گردآوري شده بر اساس تحليل مسير معادلات ساختاري در نرم افزار PLS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه اكوتوريسم بر توسعه محيطي با ضريب اثرگذاري 72/0، اكوتوريسم بر توسعه اقتصادي با ضريب اثرگذاري 46/0، اكوتوريسم بر توسعه اجتماعي-فرهنگي با ضريب اثرگذاري 56/0 تاثير مثبت و معناداري داشته است. بر اين اساس اكوتوربسم بر توسعه محيطي بالاترين اثرگذاري و بر توسعه اقتصادي كمترين تاثير را داشته است. نتيجه‌گيري: به طور كلي اكوتوريسم بر توسعه پايدار منطقه ريگان نقش داشته است. در واقع توسعه اكوتوريسم تپه هاي شني منطقه ريگان مي تواند زمينه ساز جذب گردشگر به منطقه شود كه اين امر زمينه ساز توسعه اقتصادي و به كارگيري نيروها و توانمندي هاي اين منطقه براي گردشگري شده و اشتغال لازم را ايجاد خواهد كرد و زمينه ساز شناسايي جذابيت هاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي منطقه و توسعه فاكتورهاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي منطقه نيز خواهد شد و جهت توسعه گردشگري و جذب بيشتر گردشگران، مردم محلي به محيط زيست پيرامون نيز اهميت خواهند داد و بنابراين توسعه محيطي نيز اتفاق خواهد افتاد.

Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the role of ecotourism of the sand dunes of Regan city in the sustainable development of the region in a comprehensive research, and the current research is in this direction. Data and method: The current research is practical from the objective point of view, and from the point of view of data collection, it is descriptive of the correlation type. The statistical community includes 148 experts and specialists and university professors related to the research topic in the provinces of Kerman and Sistan and Baluchistan, and the sample size is 107 people selected based on Cochran s formula, which are randomly selected. became. The data collection tool consists of two dune ecotourism questionnaires with 9 questions, and a sustainable development questionnaire with 19 questions, and it is on a 5-point Likert scale, and its validity has been confirmed in a formal and structural way, and reliability is also based on Cronbach s alpha is more than 0.70 and has been proven. The data collected based on structural equation path analysis has been analyzed in PLS software. Results: The results showed that ecotourism had a positive and significant impact on environmental development with an impact factor of 0.72, ecotourism on economic development with an impact factor of 0.46, and ecotourism on socio-cultural development with an impact factor of 0.56. Based on this, Ecoturbesm has had the highest impact on environmental development and the least impact on economic development. Conclusion: In general, ecotourism has played a role in the sustainable development of the Reagan region. In fact, the development of ecotourism in the sand dunes of the Regan region can be the basis for attracting tourists to the region, which will be the basis for economic development, and the use of the forces and capabilities of this region for tourism and will create the necessary employment, and The cultural and social attractions of the region will also be identified and the social and cultural factors of the region will be developed, and in order to develop tourism and attract more tourists, local people will also care about the surrounding environment, and therefore environmental development will also happen.
