بررسي عوامل موثر بر توسعه گردشگري كشاورزي درشهرهاي حاشيه بيابان لوت مطالعه موردي : شهر بم

در سال هاي اخير،گردشگري كشاورزي شهري به سرعت توسعه يافته است و گردشگران علاقه مند به اين حوزه را به خود جذب كرده است،گردشگري مي تواند با بهره گيري از منابع كشاورزي يك منطقه و برنامه ريزي براي ارتقا و ايجاد مشاغل نو،در قالب گردشگري كشاورزي برتوسعه خدمات گردشگري منطقه مورد نظر اثر گذارد و به افزايش درآمد كشاورزان كمك كند. در اين بين ، باغشهر بم از اين قاعده مستثني نبوده و بخاطر اصالت تاريخي، چشم انداز شهري پايدار مبتني بر كشاورزي و داشتن قنات هاي بيشمار همانند نگيني گرانبها در حاشيه بيابان لوت مي درخشد، به نحوي كه از نظر كالبدي و محيطي، موقعيت بسيار مطلوبي جهت اجراي برنامه هاي گردشگري كشاورزي شهري و جذب گردشگران دارد. روش تحقيق حاضر تركيبي از روش هاي توصيفي – تحليلي است. به منظور جمع آوري داده هاي مورد نظر، از مطالعات كتابخانه اي، بررسي اسناد و از مطالعات ميداني و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده گرديده است. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و ارائه راهبردها و استراتژي هاي گردشگري كشاورزي باغشهر بم از تكنيك SWOT بهره گرفته شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه با توجه به پتانسيل ها و ظرفيت هاي بالقوه گردشگري كشاورزي، شهر بم مي تواند به يك عامل توسعه درون زا تبديل شود كه اين امكان نيازمند برنامه ريزي جامع و يكپارچه براي بازنمايي نقاط قوت، شناسايي و سرمايه گذاري بر روي فرصت ها و تقويت نقاط ضعف و مقابله با تهديدات از طريق برنامه ريزي بلند مدت است.

The current research method is a combination of descriptive-analytical methods. In order to collect the desired data, library studies, document review, field studies and questionnaire tools have been used. SWOT technique was used to analyze the data and present the agricultural tourism strategies of Bam Garden City. The results of the research show that considering the potentials and capacities of agricultural tourism, the city of Bam can become an endogenous development factor, which requires comprehensive and integrated planning to represent the strengths, identify and invest in It is about opportunities and strengthening weaknesses and dealing with threats through long-term planning.
