چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: هوش مصنوعي توانسته به خوبي قابليت‌هاي صنعت گردشگري را شناسايي كند. اين تكنولوژي علاوه بر گردشگران مزيت‌هاي زيادي هم براي فعالان اين حوزه دارد و در مدت كوتاهي توانسته رونق اقتصادي را به خصوص پس از كرونا به اين صنعت بازگرداند. داده و روش: تحقيق حاضر به لحاظ هدف، در گروه تحقيقات توسعه اي قرار مي گيرد. از سوي ديگر اين پژوهش از نظر ماهيت و روش، در گروه تحقيقات توصيفي- تحليلي قرار مي گيرد. همچنين پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ روش گردآوري و تحليل داده ها، در گروه تحقيقات كيفي تعريف مي شود. يافته‌ها: گردشگري براي رونق گرفتن بسياري از اقتصادها در سراسر جهان حياتي است و هوش مصنوعي هم در اين بين نقش كليدي دارد. به همين دليل است كه اغلب فعالان در صنعت گردشگري بسيار راغب هستند كه از جديدترين فناوري‌ها در زمينه هوش مصنوعي براي بهبود كسب و كار خود استفاده كنند. در واقع اين فنتوري به كمك بشر آمده تا فعالان اين حوزه بهتر بتوانند جاذبه‌هاي گردشگري و امكانات مختلفي كه در اين صنعت به مسافران ارائه مي‌شود را پيش از سفر و يا در حين سفر به آنها معرفي كنند. نتيجه‌گيري: با استفاده از توانايي‌هاي هوش مصنوعي، مي‌توان برخي از چالش‌هاي امنيتي مرتبط با سفر و گردشگري را حل كرد. يكي از كاربردهاي هوش مصنوعي در بهبود امنيت گردشگران، مانيتورينگ و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي امنيتي است. سيستم‌هاي هوشمند مجهز به دوربين‌ها، سامانه‌هاي تشخيص تصوير و سنسورها مي‌توانند رفتارهاي مشكوك را شناسايي كرده و اقدامات امنيتي را به‌طور خودكار آغاز كنند. به عنوان مثال، تشخيص دزدي در هتل‌ها، تشخيص حمله در فرودگاه‌ها يا پيشگيري از تجمعات مخرب در اماكن عمومي از جمله كاربردهاي مفيد هوش مصنوعي در بهبود امنيت گردشگران است. علاوه بر اين، بهره‌گيري از هوش مصنوعي در آناليز داده‌هاي امنيتي مي‌تواند به ارتقاي امنيت سفرها كمك كند.

Introduction: Artificial intelligence has been able to identify the capabilities of the tourism industry well. In addition to tourists, this technology has many advantages for activists in this field, and in a short period of time, it has been able to restore economic prosperity to this industry, especially after Corona. Data and method: The current research is placed in the developmental research group in terms of its purpose. On the other hand, in terms of its nature and method, this research is included in the descriptive-analytical research group. Also, the current research is defined in the qualitative research group in terms of data collection and analysis method. Results: Tourism is vital to the prosperity of many economies around the world, and artificial intelligence plays a key role in this. This is why most of the tourism industry operators are very willing to use the latest technologies in the field of artificial intelligence to improve their business. In fact, this technology has come to the aid of mankind so that the activists of this field can better introduce the tourist attractions and various facilities that are offered to travelers in this industry before or during the trip. Conclusion: By using the capabilities of artificial intelligence, some of the security challenges related to travel and tourism can be solved. One of the applications of artificial intelligence in improving the security of tourists is the monitoring and analysis of security data. Smart systems equipped with cameras, image recognition systems and sensors can detect suspicious behavior and initiate security measures automatically. For example, the detection of theft in hotels, the detection of attacks in airports or the prevention of malicious gatherings in public places are among the useful applications of artificial intelligence in improving the security of tourists. In addition, the use of artificial intelligence in security data analysis can help improve travel security.
